Food was overall good, but very expensive.. We ordered Steaks and they were nothing special, over cooked, etc. Other side items were only luke warm..

The food and presentation exceeded our expectation. From the moment we were seated we could appreciate the unique setting of this restaurant. If you didn't know better you would think you were sitting in a street side café in New Orleans. The prices were very reasonable given the quality and flavor of the dishes we enjoyed. Strongly recommend to others!... More

We wanted to have a nice steak dinner with our son (HPU student) on Friday night. With a name like "Steak Street" and the prices that are shown on their menu, we expected a "real steak joint." This is place is not even close. We sensed that we were in the wrong place the minute we walked in. The decor... More

Dear 45viking It's been difficult to write this response because as we all know there are two sides to every review, and just how much of our side we want to share with the readers is troubling. When you loudly issued your threats of "Trip Advisor" we expected no less from you based on the behavior and language you displayed... More

The food is great. We like to sit in the bistro area beyond the bar. We got there early; the waitstaff asked us if it was OK to open the bistro area roof. We were surprised to have the open area which made the experience all the better. The wine list is great and the food as well. Always a... More

I had a business dinner there last night and it was my first time visiting the restaurant. We enjoyed a nice dinner al fresco. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Wait staff was very pleasant and timely in delivery of all courses. Our group ordered filets and ribeyes; not the highest quality of meat but o.k. for the pricing.... More

We have been here a number of times and every time we say we won't be back....yet about once a year we try again. This time was particularly unimpressive. First, the decor is so tired and kitschy for an expensive place. Fake vines and fake gates and cheap faux painting. No table clothes. It is just tacky. It was our... More

Steak Street has a nice atmosphere, the staff is very attentive. We had appetizers and drinks in the lounge area, they had great music playing. The appetizer menu has alot of seafood dishes. The BBQ chicken pizza was excellent. We thought the filet appetizer was pricey for the portion received. Our server was attentive and serviced our table well.

The food is average at best. They're charging Ruth's Chris prices for mediocre steaks. My wife did enjoy her salmon. The real problem is the service which leaves a lot to be desired. She never asked if we needed drink refills or wanted desert. The live music was excellent.

This is one of those restaurants that just misses - nice menu, good variety, reads well, shows promise - but at the end of the meal, you have experienced nothing exceptional - not in quality, and definitely not in value - and when you just miss at these prices, that's a mile. The Prime Rib - 14 ounces for $30... More

Dissappointed is exactly how I felt....Not only is the restuarant in need of decor overhaul after all of these years but they need HUGE improvements in the quality of their food. Menu is not very flexible with vegetarians but once our waitress asked they were able to make a Pasta Alfredo dish that tasted like spoiled cream.. I would not... More
