Visited on Valentine's Day. Beautiful facility, but on what should be their Super Bowl, they were completely under-staffed and unprepared for the evening. We ordered from their Valentines Pre-Fixe menu expecting they would be ready for these orders. They were not. We saw our server about every 20 minutes and the time between courses was even longer. We will definitely go back to this restaurant! Four of us dined there and loved the food (not so much the service). The "Tomato Bisque with Lump Crab" soup was extremely good. I ordered the "Duck Wings" for my entree...and could have eaten that all night! My group also very much enjoyed the "Crab Stuffed Wild Caught Salmon" and the... More

There was a lovely, warm atmosphere and service. The tea was amazing, and service was always kind and available for refills or further food purchases. Scones were amazing! Not hard like traditional scones - these were soft and warm on the inside and lightly crisp on the outside! So yummy! Also, the strawberry preserves that came with them were smooth,... More

There was nothing we disliked. The food was fabulous and the service as well. We had crab stuffed Scottish salmon and roasted duck breast. The portions were just the proper size. It would be a great p,ace for that special dinner and is located in a former private mansion which is now the J H Adams Inn where we stayed... More

I mostly ate at the bar. Loved the tomato bisque soup with the cheese board. Had scallops for dinner one night - absolutely perfect meal!

We were staying at the JH Adams Inn and decided to give the Hampton's restaurant a shot since it was right there. It was a very charming spot. We ate outside and it was very nice. The menu had many different choices. I had the steak and it was very good. It was a fun experience.

The salads are unbelievable. A must try is the oysters on succotash. You can substitute shrimp if you like.

The perfect place for an upscale lunch or dinner. I had the Fried Chicken Sandwich with Pimento Cheese. Delicious!

I bought a groupon for the afternoon tea. My daughter and I were having a girls day and thought this would be a great idea. We were the only two guest and I was given a teapot that had a broken spout. The groupon states a $31 value but I could not figure out how they came to that. The... More
