Mrs R, we're ecstatic that you and your husband came in and enjoyed your visit! The menu items you chose were perfect and prove you don't have to buy a steak at Binion's to have a wonderful meal. If my wife and I ordered the same things, ate some yeast rolls, munched a few peanuts, and maybe had a couple... More

We've lived in this area just over a year, driven past Binion's Roadhouse many times, saying we'd go there "sometime". Yesterday's lunch was that sometime, and we agreed that we should've come sooner--it was delicious and well served. A shared onion blossom with southwestern dip had crunch without being overly breaded. The cheeseburger was cooked exactly as ordered, not always... More

Judypatchouli we are pleased you came in and had a great experience! That's what we're all about so I'm not surprised but do have one question, "What took you so long?" Now that you've enjoyed a pleasant lunch at Binion's, consider coming in when things are really hopping, like an exciting weekend evening. When you arrive, don't be intimidated by... More

We come here at least twice a month. Our 4 year old and 2 year old love the decor and the peanuts. Prices are fair and the food and service is good.

Businessmomof2, THANK YOU for your patronage and wonderful review! You must be bursting with pride that your 2 and 4 year olds are perceptive and shrewd enough at such an early age to focus on some of the finer things in life, like Binion's decor and roasted peanuts. My recommendation is that you continue bringing them in, perhaps upping the... More

My husband and I went to Binions for the first time and had a good experience. My husband ordered the full rack of ribs and they were AMAZING! I got the puked pork. It was luke warm, soggy, and real fatty. I let the waitress know and she got the manner right away. They replaced my meal quickly with a... More

We appreciate your remarks, kdye803! Thank you! "Good for you" for letting us fix things! That should be SOP at all restaurants. When I'm at a restaurant, what gets my goat is observing a restaurant manager or employee treating a complaining customer like he/she is wrong and has nothing to complain about. How in the world do you win that... More

Went with my wife and son and all 3 of us enjoyed our meals. NY Strip was well seasoned and cooked Medium Plus as requested. Wife and Son and Filets and both enjoyed their meals. Side where also good. We did get there early 4:30 as we hadn't eaten lunch, so we beat the crowd and we are told it... More

Thank you Paul O from Atlanta! Appreciate your stopping in and hope to see you again soon! Recently my wife and I ate at one of those "fancy" high dollar steak places. The steak alone was $45. If you add a salad, it's an extra $9 and a baked potato, another $8. The basic meal excluding beverage was $62. Add... More

The food is average and the wait time can be long. It's intere that many people eat there. It's more of an icon than a great place to eat

Stanv, the best way to learn "why" is to come to Binion's and ask all our customers why they're here and not elsewhere. Another option is for you to come by my office any Monday and read, with me, the hundreds of comment cards we receive each week. It's our foolproof method of getting timely, candid customer feedback. We've been... More

Thank you once again for your compliments, Scoobstoy! The best way I know to judge food quality is to look at it and taste it. If it fails either test, it's not something Binion's would serve. A new restaurant opened not far from here and my wife and I tried it. We ordered entrees that sounded interesting and unusual. One... More

In our business travels we usually stay in Hendersonville and always look forward to dining at Binion's. For us Binion's is the best restaurant in Hendersonville.

As far as being "BEST", the fact that you think so, Bertcon, makes us feel very proud. You and I know people who drive nothing but Fords, Chevrolets or Dodges and all of them swear they drive the "BEST". But here's something that differentiates us from most restaurants. We believe there's a lot more to eating out than the food,... More

For us, consistency is what keeps us coming back to Binion's. We have been dining here for 18 years and have only had positive experiences. We don't get to eat out often, so to trust we will have a really good meal, plenty of it, and nice service Binion's is one we can count on.

Thank you, Barry! We ARE consistent and after careful consideration, here's my response. Binion's is open to the public 68 1/2 hours weekly. We are in the restaurant many more hours than that, setting up, prepping food, closing, etc. For this discussion, let's just say we are here 90 hours a week - 4680 hours a year. For some, owning/running... More

Do not like theme restaurants and why a cowboy place in western NC with accolades to the owner's trips to Vegas to gamble was beyond me BUT, not many choices here to eat, the standard Outback close to hotel was a 50 minute wait on a Friday night so zipped over to this place nearby. Had about a 20minute wait... More

First time visitor, Lynne K from Raleigh, it sounds like it was our style more than anything else, that didn't appeal to you. We're sorry. Our website makes clear who we are and we strongly encourage everyone to Google, "binions roadhouse" prior to coming in. It does us no favor for someone to come in, spend their money and be... More
