Not only bad German food, but just bad food.

Was there once, it was so bad, we have not tried it again in over 5 years of last going there. Not only is it bad German food it is simply bad food.

We have been coming to Haus Heidelberg for a number of years when we happen to be in Hendersonville to visit family. The inside of the restaurant makes you feel like you have gone to Germany, instead of Hendersonville. The food is delicious, there is plenty of it, and it is all fixed just before you eat it. We often... More

The selection of German dishes will tempt anyone who loves German food and the atmosphere is wonderful. They have a great selection of German beer in draft and bottles. Don't forget to check out their store for hard to find German deli meats, chocolates, beers and other items.

Love the atmosphere and food! It has become one of our family traditions. My husband really enjoys the German beer. My favorite meal is Helga's Reuben with soup... so tasty! Haus Heidelberg is also kid-friendly. Stop in their small store for unique food and beverage items.

Popular restaurant serving all the usual traditional German dishes and some decent draft beers like Warsteiner. The goulash soup was very good and so was the schnitzel.

We hiked in DuPont and stopped here for some beer, pretzels and bratwurst. The waitress brought me a burnt pretzel and my husbands was not. I didn't complain cause I peeled off the top. This was the third time visiting this restaurant and will be the last. Once I got a pecan shell in my apple strudel. One other visit... More

Pretzel and a Bratwurst was an outstanding appetizer. Schnitzel Royale This specialty dish was created for crazy King Ludwig. Boneless pork loin cutlet topped with sliced tomatoes and imported melted Dutch Gouda cheese make this Schnitzel fit for a king. Served with roasted potatoes and red cabbage. This dish was fabulous. Sauerbraten Served‎ the rhine region way with sweet and... More

We had driven by this place for years, saw an Oktoberfest sign elsewhere and decided I wanted to give this little place a chance. OMG, now I am kicking myself for not stopping sooner. service was a bit slow to say the least and we ordered a side that was not brought out with meal. We lived in Germany for... More

We found this restaurant quite by accident and it was a very nice surprise. My husband had the bratwurst, 3 of us had the schnitzel and our daughter the frankfurters and no one was disappointed Nice German atmosphere. Not fancy, but charming. The waiterwas not the fastest server but the ladies seemed good

I really enjoyed the food and if you don't mind long wait and bad service. The entire group really enjoyed the food. But when we went in I got the feeling the did want to seat us. It took forever for the Male waiter to take our drink order than we sent two waitresses to find him to give our... More
