Right in the heart of Historic Downtown Hendersonville is a quaint little restaurant (with full bar) featuring delicious N'awlins cuisine at a very reasonable price from a chef originally from New Orleans. After a hard day of hiking in Chimney Rock Park, my friend and I decided to stop in for a snack and a drink. The service was fast... more

My husband's family has a home in Flat Rock and we have been fortunate enough to visit Cypress Cellar many times. We have enjoyed taking our kids to lunch, and friends and family to dinner. We always enjoy the evening entertainment and the food is really good. The crab cakes are delicious. We have seldom been disappointed! more

I cannot believe this little gem of a restaurant is not already top of your reviews for Hendersonville! Located in a cellar (hence the name!) on Main Street this excellent Cajun/Creole restaurant is always packed with people that are passionate about good food. They stock a comprehensive range of southern Louisiana cuisine too numerous to mention but the basic jumbalaya... more
