We usually try to stop by when we are in Hendersonville since there are not a lot of Thai restaurants in our area and we love Thai food. I was excited about trying Thai Spice since the Hendersonville area has a limited number of Asian choices. This is the worst in Hendersonville. I've had better food in those Asian places in the food courts. I ordered the crunch Pad Thai. The waitress brought out the regular Paid Thai. When I pointed out the mistake she took it back... More

I am an avid fan of Thai cuisine since back in the seventies. Thai Spice equals any I have eaten at across the country. My favorite is an eggplant dish, and their curries and phad thai are also excellent.

We LOVE Thai food....simply put. This is conveniently located downtown Hendersonville...with their own parking lot in the back...so you don't have to search on Main ST. Nice, clean, pleasant atmosphere...wait staff/owner very hospitable and accommodating. This was our 2nd visit...we weren't impressed the first time around which was 2 years ago...but last night, they were fabulous. We were "4"...one ordered... More

Our recent visit to Thai Spice has shown me that the restaurant is getting much better. The dishes are using fresh ingredients properly prepared. Their wine list has reasonable prices. I had the fried whole Snapper with Hot chili sauce which was very good. My wife had the Shrimp Volcano with abundant fresh shrimp prepared perfectly. Sincee I live in... More

The service was excellent and the food was just right. The lunch menu and the dinner menu are similar, but the lunch offerings seem to be a better value. The food seem to be "healthy."

Thai Spice is absolutely TOPS! My wife and I have eaten Chinese and Thai food from San Francisco to Denver to London, and Thai Spice is right up there with the very best. Now... it IS pricey, so we find ourselves drifting over to Fortune Asian too. : )

Friendly & prompt service. Tasty food. Clean. Relatively authentic. Roomy and pleasant with ample parking. Portions of food just right...not too much (typically a method of compensation for poor quality) and not too little (often an attempt to appear as top notch cuisine). Worthy of 4 stars no doubt!

My wife and I and another couple stopped in for lunch and overall it was good. The homemade sweet and sour sauce was amazing, the best I have ever had, the appetizer wraps were ok. I would go again.

Hubby and I stopped in for a lunch date, early afternoon. Place was quiet, we were seated immediately. The service was second to none from start to finish. We are vegetarians, and there are lots of options to choose from, and they'll even customize dishes upon request. I had the red curry with tofu, medium heat, and it was the... More
