Yes, the waiter thought more of himself than the guests but the seafood bisque was more than werth it. Great flavor & decent price. Perfect timing for sunset. Tough climb upstairs but there might be an elevator in there somewhere but again the food was wonderful & reasonably priced.

Watching the sunset over the docks was simply amazing. Food decent, nice variety. Waiter was good. Would definitely go back.

Dinky’s was a terrific find on this trip to the OBX. In general, many OBX restaurants have burgers, sandwiches, lots of fried seafood and inexpensive pricing. Dinky’s has great menu items and an inviting, more adult atmosphere. We started with the clam strips which were fresh and tender. We ordered the Thai shrimp and scallops and the Crab Stack. Both... We stayed just next door so walking over was easy. Most places were closed in the area due it being the off season. That was fortunate. The place is flat out excellent. Solid food and plenty of it. Great service even on a busy night.

We stopped at Dinkys after reading how great the tuna tartare was (is was very good). But my husband got the seafood trio which was superb. We eat a lot of seafood being from a fishing area in NJ. This was hands down one of the best seafood/pasta meals we have had in years. I got the shrimp and crab... More

Friday night is prime rib night. It was the best I have ever eaten. We always have a good experience at Dinky's. Casual atmosphere. Great food.

Dinky's has the best blue crab ravioli I've ever eaten and that's saying a lot being a native Marylander. My other favorites here are the oysters rockefeller and the bloody mary's - they are the best. After eating a dinner of assorted appetizers and some cocktails we stepped outside to watch a beautiful sunset over the sound. This is one... More

Dinkey's is a wonderful restaurant in the Hatteras marina. Fresh catch of the day was excellent. Appetizers and starters could make your whole meal. The risotto and Jambaya dishes were excellent.

We went there with friends after a kiteboarding session. Amazing food for the price. I would go back anytime. The service was good and really the food was very good! It was a bit noisy.
