We shared their three egg veggie omelet with hash browns and toast and with coffee and a small side of grits. The meal was great, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was exceptional. The price was almost exactly what you'd pay in other family restaurants in this area. But you'll probably want to leave a little larger tip, the... More

They have a wide range of selections, all prepared traditionally. Good place for wholesome food! Their service is great, and they do a nice job on takeout, if you really want to eat at home!

Well, although the owners are Greek and they have some 'kolopoulos' in the menu.....this is a true local family restaurant. The food is delicious, all fresh and plain goodness! The portions are huge and the prices are fantastic. I visited Harrisburg with family and my brother-in-law kept saying: You are really going to love this place - I'm telling you....and... More

The Family House never fails. You will enjoy the great taste of country home cooked meals. My family who live in the area visit at least twice a week. I always ask if we can go there when I visit them. The seafood, BBQ, and all the other dishes are always cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and go... More

My wife and I like to try different restaurants. This one came to me by a client. It is wonderful if you are looking for great home cooked food, good service and excellent prices. My wife had a pasta dish and I had whole flounder. It was more than we could eat. Tip and all, it costs $16.00 for both... More

The staff is not happy. Everyone seems like they hate their jobs. The grits suck. The biscuits are So so The bacon is good. The eggs are so so. The omelette suck. The home fries are awesome.

I have been here a few times, each time but the 1st , under protest. The food is bland at best and can be down right nasty. Each time I have been there it has been an issue. Once it was NO I could not have anything in place of potatoes and bread (low carb) I would have to order... More

Busy while we were there (a good sign), but we didn't have to wait long. They were very accommodating of our large extended family group of eleven. Service was very good once we were seated too. Food selection and quality is great. Prices are very reasonable, inexpensive. Kids meals are very inexpensive and large! Too many places charge far more... More

Once you walk in you feel like family as everyone is cordial. The food is good and the price is a great value! We usually go for breakfast and haven't had any problems at all.

I would not call this a "dining" experience, but the food is reasonably priced and the quality is above average. It is a frequent stop for a lot of folks, many who travel some distance to dine here on a regular basis.
