My wife and I went here for lunch a little over a week ago. We like seafood, we moved recently from Amarillo Texas and are trying to lap up as much seafood as we can while in NC. The décor was unexpected, they had a checkerboard floor and red accent walls. The space was somewhat narrow and long, however it... More

My husband and I went here for my birthday/our anniversary. We really enjoyed the food. It got a pasta dish and he got a beef stew soup. I was quite satisfied after we finished but I knew my husband would still be hungry because the portion-size was on the smaller size. My husband had to fill up on the bread... More

My sister and niece came down from PA, we got reservations at Cafe Duo. My sister and I got the rack of Lamb Chops, and though I do not usually eat lamb without mint sauce (not jelly), the boulliabase was very good. My niece got the gnotti raviloli and said it was a good as any Italian restaurant she had... More

Simple decor, casual atmosphere and comfortable city feel was my first impression. Our pasta entrees were very good crafted on a white plate, I had pasta a lla vodka (the sauce was so perfect I can drink it as soup by itself); my friend had the Chilean seabass and it was silky smooth and very tasty. The prices are very... More

Just our 2nd visit to Cafe Duo, our 1st was when it was in Winterville near PCC. The food was extremely enjoyable. The bottle of wine was very nice. The wait staff very attentive. The atmosphere interesting & let's just say, after living in Greenville for 15 years, it is amazing how much of an outsider we felt. A good... More

I've had both Sunday brunch and dinners here, and the food is decent, but too expensive for the quality. Meh.

This New Year's Eve my wife and I had a wonderful, well prepared meal, which is the norm for Cafe Duo. Waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere was quiet. I had cioppino and it was loaded with various types of seafood. If you go be sure to order extra bread because you will want to sop up the broth.... More

They have a special from 5 to 6pm that includes salad, entree, dessert. It was a reasonable price and the food was very good.

We went for the first time last Tuesday and I was thoroughly pleased. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Decor is casual and relaxing with nice art work from a close by gallery. They had delicious cocktail specials and the food (we had the beef and the pasta with vodka sauce) was to die for! We'll be back again... More

I have eaten here several times, lunch and dinner, and they continue to please me greatly with fresh salad and tuna at lunch, or steak, mashed potatoes and green beans at dinner. All selections are carefully prepared, no excellently prepared, so I have left wanting to return each time. Staff is friendly, prompt, helpful but not overbearing. Simply put, they... More
