Best meal in Greenville

We had late breakfast/ lunch here while visiting for a family wedding. There was a fairly long wait for a table, but the food, coffee, drinks were worth it. Our server was from our home state and she said, "This is the best food in Greenville." I am inclined to agree.

Go when you have time to linger. The food is very special but don't go trying to make it during a strict lunch hour. Twice I had to take mine to go and I'd rather eat there. Go and enjoy the Scullery but don't try to make it happen at lunch, even in the less crowded summer.

Wife and I lunched here recently since she loves their coffee and homemade ice cream. Service was good and food was well prepared. The place is a bit noisy but well worth the visit. Try their grilled cheese with blue cheese added - great sandwich.

The food is absolutely delicious among their array of drinks, but the service can be very hit or miss. Great place to stick to though if you're not in a hurry. Be prepared to wait if you go on Saturday!

Breakfast is the best in town, with a range of choices. You will not leave hungry. Love the veggie scramble...with bacon. For those of us coffee fans, they serve great quality coffee and keep it coming. At other times of the day, they have outstanding and creative salads. The black bean burger is messy and wonderful. Don't miss out on... More

Great food and service!! The breakfast bowl is the best but of course becsuse its full of carbs!! Grits AND breakfast potatoes, what could be better!! Lots of breakfast choices just get there early because there is always a wait!! You won't be sorry that you waited!

They add small delicious surprises all over the menu and the homemade ice cream is to die for. It's a slight bit more expensive than our go-to lunch place up the street but worth the extra.

I finally visited the Scullery upon multiple recommendations from friends and colleagues. We went for breakfast, and although we had a small wait it was well worth it! I loved the small quaintness and decor which played into the coffee shop feel. The coffee was wonderful, and the meal was even better. Even better, the service was phenomenal. It's amazing... More

I usually visit The Scullery for breakfast or lunch and I have never been disappointed. For breakfast I'll get a sausage bagel or egg in a grilled cheese. Both are perfect. Their Winter Salad is incredible for lunch. I have to make it at home when it's not in season. It's the best food downtown in my opinion.

The second Sunday of each month features a decent drag show but it is outdone by the quality of the buffet which tastes far better than most buffets. But it is a bit pricey.
