We were going to be traveling through the area and searched here on TA for a restaurant that would have good ribs ( not just bbq) and be open on Sunday. Dickey's was an excellent choice for us: the menu had many selections of sides, the prices were fair and the ribs were meaty and tasty. We also enjoyed the... More

I was so glad when I found out Dickey's was coming to town. This is BBQ the way it was meant to be done. No offense, but pepper flakes in vinegar does NOT BBQ make, at least not to me. This meat, regardless of what kind you choose, is smoked, tender and so full of flavor it needs no sauce... More

Don't expect to get a lot of food here, especially if you're thinking about getting the 2 meat plate. I got a 2 meat plate with Texas style chopped brisket and pulled pork, with fried Okra and potato casserole as my two sides. First, it did not come with any bread or roll as advertised. Second, the two meats were... More

Dickey's is the best barbeque in Greenville, North Carolina and all of the East Coast! The food is outstanding and the staff is super friendly and know what it takes to cater all your needs whether you have a small family dinner to a big group. I've used them more than once and have never been disappointed. They are the... More

It is THE place for BBQ in Greenville. Good variety of high quality meat, with a wide range of veggies and other goodies to enhance your meal. The BBQ sauces are wonderful blends ranging from a St. Louis/Memphis style to the more vinegar based NC style. All are great! Prices are excellent and instant service! What more could ask for?

I stopped in Dickey's for dinner while in Greenville because this city is known for GREAT barbeque. I was very impressed with Dickey's. This place has every type of barbeque you could want, from pulled pork to sausage to the brisket, if you love hog this is the place to eat. The prices are a couple of dollars higher than... More

Tried to eat at lunch but the line was very long and seemed to never move. My family and I decided to come back for dinner, we ordered our food with the person and kept having to repeat our order because he seemed to not be able to get the order correct. When the food did come, it was cold... More

Visited recently with my wife, we were on honeymoon from the UK. Best food, welcome and service in the whole State. The staff could not have been more helpful. Anyone from the UK visiting North Carolina go to Dickeys you will not be disappointed. We will return one day for sure.
