The food took an hour and a half

The food took an hour and a half to arrive. Bread only took 30 minutes to get to the table. We were a party of 8 and if I had been by myself I would have walked out. Once the food arrived it was really good. I had the meatball sandwich which was really big and tasted great. I also... read more

My wife and I went to CPW's for our anniversary. Everything was exceptional! I made a reservation and informed the restaurant that it was our anniversary and they set our table with a vase of roses. Our server, Adam, was great. He was attentive and happily accommodated every request. We enjoyed the lobster bisque soup and we also ordered lasanga... More

Ate there last night, took 3 hours for dinner. After complaining the water was rude and the management did not care. Avoid this place.

I am very sorry that your dining experience was not great for you. Our managers do care and I hate that they gave you any other impression that day. As it was ECU graduation day, I fear your negative experience was a result of fatigue as this is our most challenging day of the year. I apoligize to you and... More

Our family dines here regularly, just taking a few minutes to give them a thumbs up. We love this place...great food, outstanding service, rarely a wait. My husbands go-to entree is the jambalaya pasta. I eat a variety of main dishes, but the shrimp scampi I had off of the December menu is my new favorite. My kids, ages 4... More

before a home football game so they were packed. Don't think I have ever had bad service but I'm sure it can happen anywhere from time to time. Food was enjoyed by all, from a great looking sandwich to low carb chipolle chicken to lasagna to design your own pizza. This is the old reliable for me in Greenville. Very... More

I made the mistake of booking a corporate dinner on a Monday night and will never make that mistake again! I was not in favor of choosing this restaurant because of previous poor experiences I've had with their service but the location was convenient for our event. I try to go by the three strikes and your out rule and... More

Wow! It seems we failed in all respects! We always want to learn from our mistakes and our Special Events Manager has attempted to contact the Person who booked this event with no success at this time. Hopefully we can speak with you and gets some specific details, as the Servers were given no specific negative feedback and really felt... More

I have only been here twice. The first time was for a meeting with a large group of people. In that case, we had the entire back bench of the restaurant. For being located in a strip mall next to a food lion, the inside atmosphere was pretty contemporary and enjoyable. It wasn't remarkable, but it was unexpected given the... More

We started going to CPWs over the last year, and we really enjoy it. The menu is varied and suitable for all ages. It is a good place for a romantic dinner by candlelight or to take the family or a large group. They have a theme cuisine menu every month that has some fun entrees. On the regular menu,... More

CPW's has evolved over the years from standard pizza and spaghetti plates into monthly theme menus as well as their standard menu of sandwiches and imaginative entrees. We have enjoyed their food over the years, as there is something for the varied tastes of family, friends, and colleagues. And, yes, they do takeout! We usually go for dinner, though, haven't... I have tried several dishes at CPW's. Some were okay but, most of them were excellent. I like that they have a changing menue as well as the regular menu. If you you are going for lunch you might want to wait till about 1:30 or so unless you have more than an hour for your lunch break. They stay... More
