We have tried many Asian inspired restaurants in Greenville and was left unimpressed and no desire to return but Wasabi 88 was a welcome change. The sushi special offered uring the weekdays, buy one get one free was a great bargain and delicious. We also tried the Veggie Delight and the Wasabi 88 Spicey Chicken; both delicious, fresh and satisfying.... More

My wife and I are from out of town, but had the chance to visit once before. The Sushi was good, as was the calamari and Sake. We came back a second time just after watching a good movie in town. The restaurant seats easily, 40 tables, but there were only four groups of customers there at the time. Getting... More

Went for Dinner Japanese on a Sunday night because we had heard it was very, very good. We were not disappointed. We went not knowing it was buy one sushi get one free Sunday through Thursday. Ordered way too much food. Had leftover for lunch the next day and they were still good. The signature rolls were very large. They... More

Have had both cooked food and sushi and never been disappointed. Their hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had. Just the right amount of kick. Service has always been top notch. One of the top restaurant choices in Greenville.

I don't get the chance to go to Wasabi 88 very often, we usually go to Shogun at least once a week, but my wife and I go for lunch more than dinner, and Wasabi 88 isn't open for lunch. On Saturday, Rose Gymnastics had the fun night, where you drop your kids at 6:00 and pick them up at... More

Sushi was fabulous best I've had in the area. Wednesday nights are buy one get one roll any type. The cocktials were great and the wait staff was very friendly. Place was very crowded and very popular I think I was lucky to have been seated so quickly. Calmari was a bogey (subpar) but still decent.

My wife and I tried Wasabi for the first time on our anniversary. Excellent Service, Great Food, Fresh, and a good vegan selection. Well be back. And awesome prices. Dinner for two - $24 and we were full.

Great deals through the week Mon-Thurs buy one roll get one free! The sushi is delish and fresh! The entrees are equally as delish! Last time I went the service was a bit so so but usually it's pretty great!

Food is very good, service is fine. New location is more "trendy", I guess is the best way to describe it. Cooked food is very good, too, and the live music is a plus.
