It wasn't horrible.....

Okay. I wouldn't necessarily go back but it wasn't horrible. It's a chain, right? I'm not a chain restaurant afficianado, but it was okay for what it is. The food was bland, for my tastes. But the place is okay - and we were a little pressed for time. If you have time, look for something... read more

Finally tried this place after hearing some good reviews from friends. Won't return! Don't let the nice exterior fool you. The food was completely bland. Our table had everything from tacos, chimichangas, burritos and enchiladas. The only thing that had any flavor was the salsa served with the chips. Dissapointed.

Delicious Mexican food here. We liked them before they moved next to the mall, and nothing has changed. The food is still great and the price is right on target for an establishment such as this. There are times when service can be slow, but for the most part, it's nothing that will ruin the taste in your mouth. We've... More

Decided to try this place because it has been a favorite place of my parents. Once there my husband and I waited for a mere 20 minutes when a Caucasian couple came in and was escorted to a table before us. It made me feel like there was partiality towards us. The food was great but I decided this was... More

We have eaten at Los Arcos when it was on Franklin St for years, but finally got to go to the new location on New Hope. We went for lunch on a Thursday and got the Buffet. The selection on the buffet was amazing. All of the food was hot and good. We will be going back often.

This restaurant has moved from a hole in the wall with pretty good food, to a nice newish building on New Hope Road. The prices are much higher and the food is terrible. Won't be going back.

Arrived for a Saturday evening meal with a party of seven. I expected a long wait because the line of customers went out to the door. I was told about 5 to 10 minutes, but it really was closer to 20 minutes. Not a bad wait time. Be prepared - you stand in line and move forward. If your party... More

I wanted to support the new location in front of the mall so I stopped in for a late lunch. Terrible food and the service was even worst. All the employees standing around talking to each other and not waiting on the customers. First and last visit.

I am always going to notice if a place is really clean or if somebody just gave it a swipe to please the health inspectors. This place is squeaky clean, even the pottery on the wall never shows signs of dust. And the food is really good, and very much what you will find in Mexico. Every time I go... More

Located for years at another location, this restaurant just moved into a beautiful remodeled building. As I walked in, I was impressed with the look of the building and the great iron work on the front doors. The great iron work continued in the bathrooms as well. Probably the best looking bathrooms I've seen in any Mexican restaurant. It looks... More
