Good little meat and veggie restaurant. We arrived for a late lunch and didn't have to wait - Sure did enjoy the food.

Best tea I've ever had (and I am a southern girl) brewed just right, clear and not bitter. Friendly patrons, many of whom were called by name as they arrived, and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. If you are looking for a great homestyle southern meal served with a side of genuine southern hospitality, this... More

We went for breakfast, and almost didn't get a table because it was so busy. I can see why. Just good traditional breakfast at a very fair price. All was well done. The gravy was really meat-based, and tasted it.

Oh my Goodness, this place was amazing! There were so many menu items to choose from it was difficult to decide. The fried cod was very good & all the side items were perfect. The menu was very inexpensive & some of the best country food I have ever had. I wish it was in my town.

I have tried them all for breakfast in Franklin and this is my favorite. Hometown feel and hospitality, even though I live in a nearby town, so I'm not a local. I felt like one. The food and the prices cannot be beat.

What a great place. We had to stop here since my wife is also named Lois. We only had breakfast but should have gone back for lunch as well. The prices were great and the food was very good. It is definitely a locals hangout which shows how good it really is.

Ms. Lois' Restaurant is an excellent place where the locals eat. Although the restaurant was almost full the service was quick and excellent. The waitress was happy to comment on the menu. There were daily specials which we chose. My wife had the open face roast beef sandwich and I had the meatloaf special. The servings were satisfying and the... More

This location provided good basic food at reasonable prices. It is not a place that I would entertain guests, but a weekday meal was tasty, but not outstanding. We would return.
