I recently ate at the Boiler Room during my stay in Franklin NC and it was by far one of the greatest experiences I've ever had dining at a restaurant. Thanks to my amazing waiter, Garrett Schrader, the service was quick and he did a very good job checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Not... More

Commonly known as one of the finest restaurants, if not the finest in Franklin, NC. The food and service is always excellent. The staff and management work hard to assure customer needs are met. The only complaint I've heard is the lack of cocktail service. Parking and business location are good. Prices are moderately high for a small town but... More

On event nights, they do offer a decent buffet, however, most of the time the food lacks seasoning and the baked potatoes are never done. The salad bar is fantastic and always fresh.

I have eaten here about 4 times. The last time was not as good, but I ordered a burger then. The other times we ate there we had some excellent lunched. You could tell that someone in the kitchen knew what they were doing. Not just a cook but a real chef in the kitchen. I'm not sure if something... More

Spent a few weeks in western North Carolina and did a little antique shopping in Franklin. Checked Trip Advisor to find a good restaurant for lunch. Initially, went to Caffe Rel, but it was "closed for the season" which we thought was a bit odd. The Caffe must have good food because its exterior and location were not very inviting.... More

Located inside a previous factory. Now great for the kids to play all kinds of videio games, etc. The Boiler Room Steak House, is a you never know kind of place. Food can be GREAT. Food can be "are you kidding me" (bad") or just OK..that seems to be the problem with this place. When they get it right..they change... More

Our Christian Fellowship group had a dinner with approximately 40 people attending and the dinner was great. Prime rib, mashed potatoes, salad, dessert, vegetables and it was all wonderful. Garrett was our server for the evening and he did a great job. Made sure we were all taken care of and had a smile on his face the whole time.... More
