Wanting to venture into a new cuisine, I tried Bombay Bistro. The hostess knew I was a novice and I was taking this home and guided me on ordering the most popular items on the menu. The cubed chicken in a tomato cream sauce was ok, however the deep fried breaded vegetables were so hot and spicy that it ruined... More

I am huge fan of Asian Indian food and visited here by someone recombination but it's huge disappointment. Food was very greasy and spicy. I ordered medium I felt I was eating only jalapeño peppers. Service way slow. Place decor seems like on 1900. Fpod was just not up to par what I am used to eat in big cities.... More

I found this to be a really good local restaurant. Nothing special in terms of ambiance as this is a typical strip mall restaurant but the food is really good. Give this one a try.

We were publicly humiliated by the waitress during lunch. My daughter had spilled rice on the floor, she is one year old. We were told that we were "wrecking the place" because our walking over the rice would cause them to have to clean their carpet. She then proceeded to "help us" by moving our children, and running a bistle... More

I ate here in late July while in Fayetteville on business. The service was excellent, owner greeted many guests by name and was quite friendly. I ordered the Pakora (sp?) vegetable dumplings and they were extremely spicy. The Chicken Curry was delicious, just the right amount of heat. Garlic Nan was hot and very good. Portion size was very generous.... More

I love this guys samosa's, especially the next morning. They are not spicy and they are just the right type of greasy and the crust is not really hard. Oh yeah, when they ask if you want spicy, it is spicy. You also get a bunch a food, I ordered a biriyani and it was chocked full of good stuff... More

As one of a group of traveling rugby referees, a few of us try to find the local Indian resteraunt, if the town/city actually has one, when we are there. I grew up in England eating Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan & Bangladesh cuisine, so it takes a lot to please me, as most American Indian resteraunts cater to the American... More

One of the best restaurants in Fayett'NAM. Kumar (the owner) is the man! The food is delicious. I never had Indian food before coming going here. Kumar was understanding and after a short conversation he recommended what I might like based off of other foods I enjoy. He was spot on. I am now a loyal customer and go at... More

We decided to try the Bombay Bistro and found it to be excellent. The ambience leaves something to be desired but the place is clean and inviting. The food was excellent. We thought the portions huge. We both had at least half of our entree boxed to take home. We tried the vegetable biryani and the chicken curry. We also... More

I had heard of this place and have wanted to try it for probably five years. Finally, while visiting in-laws, I got the chance... I'm glad I did. It's kind of hidden off of the main drag of Skibo Road in a small plaza. The interior isn't any more glamorous with somewhat mismatched and cheesy Indian decor, but the smell... More
