Friendly, helpful, nice people serve here. Ordered bread bowl clam chowder and salad with shrimp. Only complaint is there wasn't much soup and it was good so i wanted More. Sourdough bread bowl was tasty! Basic salad with shrimp tipping was a nice change and the shrimp tatted good. Classy appearances and dining area. That may seem strange but it's... More

My son had never eaten seas food before so I thought it would be a great idea to take him to Red Lobster. The waitress was very patient with him in choosing a meal and she even gave suggestions. After we ate she asked my son if he enjoyed the meal and he smiled back at her. It was an... More

Fish and baked potato overcooked. Struggled to cut both with knife. Sent it back. Second try somewhat better but for a fish restaurant very disappointing.

We were told upon arrival that there would be a 10 minute wait. We waited at least twice that long. Service was very slow. We both had fish and chips. The fish was so overcooked and dried out that it could not be broken apart with a fork! The manager offered to replace it. The replacement was hardly better. Also,... More

We have visited the Red Lobster many times in Fayetteville and normally have not had any problems. My husband has been drawn in by the Lobster Fest commercials and we finally went last night. There was about a 20 min wait so we went to the bar and had a drink. We were waited on immediately and hadn't even finished... More

The wait staff is excellent attentive but not hovering. The food can take a while sometimes. Their steak is not the worst I have ever had or the best usually over cooked ( I like medium well)

I've eaten at this Red Lobster before and I enjoy myself every time. If you do want to eat at this Red Lobster you need to go before 5pm because it gets pack after 5 and every time go there the wait time was at lease 45 min to an hour. Now I know what your thinking "that to long"... More

I had the salmon and it was overcooked. The fried shrimp tasted funny. It was one of the worst Red Lobsters I have ever eaten in my entire life,

I've never had a bad meal at Red Lobster. This was our first time dining at this one. Service was very attentive. My wife and I both had salmon. It was perfectly cooked and tasty. The biscuits are always good and we always eat too many! No room for dessert or coffee. Always good value. You can't go wrong here.
