All went flat

Myself and three friends ate here last night, it's a very small venue and the ambiance is just right, low lighting etc We liked the look of the menu but decided to skip starters and go straight to our main meals, whilst waiting we were offered bread (bruschetta type) unfortunately the bread was... read more

This is a great place for a romantic and reasonably priced date meal. The service is hit or miss, but that is almost a lost art these days. I've never had a bad experience, the servers just don't know the fine dining protocols. Regardless, it's one of my favorite places to eat in Fayetteville. I like the rice and grits,... More

Just pulled out and wanted to write this review before I forgot how great it was (not likely though!!) Hands down a fabulous meal. We started with the southern spring rolls and then all shared the apple glazed pork, sea bass, and snapper. Unfortunately, no room for dessert. The meals were perfection and plates were cleaned. Atmosphere and service were... More

Expertly Crafted, wonderfully presented and graciously served meal with fine company. Dining from a limited New Years Eve menu was not a disadvantage. For a flat fee of $55.00 every diner had the opportunity to pick from. Starting with the Guinness Onion Soup and New Years Salad with warm bacon dressing was definitely a good call, the flavors were perfectly... More

I almost gave this a 5 star rating, but I am writyng the review while sitting in an absolute 5 star reataurant, and last night's dinner at Circa 1800 falls slightly short. But it was excellent - pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, and a great mixed drink whose name I fail to remember. It is located downtown on a very charming... More

We went there after a play at the Gilbert Theater, which was a two or three minute walk away. It was about 9:45pm on a Saturday night when we arrived. The place was still going strong and had a nice atmosphere. Since we didn't want a full dinner, we just ordered appetizers and shared. It was a good choice. The... More

the food is pretty good. Prices are a little high for the area and town. Limited menu. Service can be slow at times. Nice downtown sidewalk restaurant vibe and in an historical building and location

It's been a few years since I wrote a review of Circa 1800, but we had dinner there again tonight and it was INCREDIBLE, so I thought it time for an update. The menu at Circa is a wonderful example of QUALITY and variety, versus the standard "too big, cookie cutter" meals you see at many other restaurants. We LOVE... More

What a lovely spot.. the brunch menu featured local seafood and great fresh options for a midday meal. The coleslaw is esp. unusual.. bluecheese and bacon. Rich and delicious. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the small town, patio dining was just great.

My husband and I and a friend arrived and were greeted cheerfully and shown to our awaiting table. We ordered the caprese stuffed mushrooms--to die for--as a starter. Recommend ordering. I ordered the honey glazed pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and collards. I was asked how I liked it cooked and thinking it would be a good sized chop,... More
