I work for the entire Cape Fear Valley Health System and whenever I make rounds at Bladen County Hospital I make it a point to stop at Burney's! I absolutely love it! Their croissants are to die for! I highly recommend it!

A wonderful little bakery tucked away in the small town of Elizabethtown. Their croissants are to die for! They have a nice selection of pastries, cakes, and pies. They also serve breakfast and lunch.

Burney's has the best filled croissants! My husband loved the pecan pie. We stop there every time we are in the Elizabethtown area.

Burney's is my go to for doughnuts and fresh pastries while in or around Elizabethtown. I love a great, old-fashioned bakery with cases filled with doughnuts, croissants, cookies, cakes, & pies. The staff is very helpful and gracious. Mornings here can be quite busy! I'm guessing that it is a one of a kind for miles and miles around.
