Day trip to Elizabeth City with some 60 degree weather and sun shine! Stopped into "Sidney's" for lunch...OMG it was awesome! True southern hospitality, food that did my palette good! The only problem that I had was trying to decide what I wanted to eat! The menu is full of mouth-watering dishes.

We stopped in after visiting the Art museum. While not all that hungry the menu offered a good variety. We had some soup which was very tasty and different from what we expected. Different being good for us as we like trying new dishes. Definitely worth a visit.

My review is a bit late posting but hubby & I stopped for dinner at Sidney's last Saturday while visiting family in the area. We started the meal with a wine cocktail called the Apothic Bliss, a new drink our server Nesha happened to create, which included a blend of Prosecco & Apothic white wine...so refreshing and yummy! With drinks,... More

Had a beautiful morning riding around Elizabeth City on the fairly well marked bike trail. Some very beautiful houses and water front. Sidney's was right in the middle of downtown. Our Reuben and Roastbeef/blue cheese sandwiches were warm and yummy. Homemade chips finished it off. Great little spot for a bite.

This is a very nice place to meet up with a friend if you're looking for a quiet atmosphere to visit. There's plenty to choose from on the menu and the service was excellent. The French onion soup is my favorite!

Great home made soups and craft sandwiches! Excellent atmosphere! Very friendly and welcoming in a small downtown feeling on a main street with lots of shopping close by! Close to Waterfront!

Been here several times, today went with The Wyatt Earp with homemade fries and it was delicious just like everything else. The pretzel bread for the sandwich was on point! Took a friend here for his first time today and he is floored that he hadn't discovered this gem yet. Great beer and wine selection as well, today I enjoyed... More

Had a gyro sandwich, absolutely delicious. Had to argue with myself which was better, their homemade fries or chips... Conclusion get them both with your order! Menu is full with great diversity as well! And to top it off very friendly owners and staff. More then recommended from a customer new to the area! No cafe/bistro in town like it!... More

While my husband and I were visiting family members in Camden, we decided to find a quiet place to have lunch together. We were in pursuit of healthy, home made meals, reasonably priced and friendly. This place was exactly what we needed and went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly, the food not only looked lovely but... More
