Always a Good Choice

I have been here several times now and each time has been a good experience. The NY Pizza had a nice thin crust and was very good. The Chicken Parm is a basic that is done very well. The portion size is quite large. The service is good as well. This is a great go to restaurant in the... read more

We were visiting Durham for the Easter holiday and tried Bocci because we love Italian. It was Friday so we all had Lenten entrees of various fishes. I have to say the Mahi and Salmon were excellent. The ravioli and pasta were pretty good. I loved the spinach cheese ball appetizer! Unfortunately the service was slow so it was a... More

Have had a number of good meals here. Tonight we came back after year away. Ordered a chicken Marsala and a seafood pasta. Now we love good food. But the sauces were so salty and overly thickened that we only nibbled. What a shame. I would not recommend Bocci anymore.

I was craving sicilian style but when they did not have it, I settled on NY Style and it was really good. Love this foldable pizza all cheesy and saucy, but not too saucy. mmmm.

We have not had any bad food at this restaurant, and we have been numerous times. I am on weight watchers and the chef couldn't adjust the sauce on the lobster ravioli special so I ordered an interesting pasta with chicken, mushrooms, dried tomatoes, and spinach. It was wonderful. The only down side of the meal was a less than... More

This was our second time at Bocci. My Mom was in town and a sister and her family so we wanted some place nice and we wanted to go back as the first experience was excellent, this seemed like a great excuse. Our server was Rick and he was great! Everyone enjoyed their meals from Pizza for the kids to... More

It's a bit odd for a restaurant that is all about the carbs to feature only fixed-seating booths. A person of any size cannot comfortably dine in regular dining room. Bocci's does have a special events room in the back, but it is only for pre-booked occasions. On my most recent visit, we did get the back room but only... More

The food and service at this restaurant is unbelievable. The waiter was very polite and knowledgeable, Taylor is his name. The pizza we order was out of this world! If you're in Durham, NC near South Point Mall and looking for some good food, give them a try.

I've been a long time customer and thought it time to share my sentiments. Bocci's is a very good neighborhood Italian restaurant with a comfortable setting both inside and outside. Sundays are particularly enjoyable considering all bottles of wine under $30 are half price off. Last night my wife and started with a nice Insalata Bocci-Romaine, Cannellini Beans, Black Olives,... We love this place! Great food, great service. Nothing we have had to eat or drink has disappointed. We especially love when the weather allows us to sit outside, it's the perfect experience then.
