Nice family restaurant with great food.

Don't let the fact that this restaurant is located in a strip mall (Woodcroft, off NC751), or that the first thing you see is their pizza pick-up counter, put you off or make you miss a wonderful meal. Take a few more steps in, to the cozy, nicely decorated dining room. It is not large, thus it is... read more

I had stopped going here for awhile after having been a long time customer I experienced mediocrity. But by circumstance gave Pulcinella's another chance and glad we did. A bit more comfortable seating still harkens back to the neighborhood Italian restaurants I grew up with in NYC. Friendly service kicked off our excellent meal. My wife's Spaghetti Bella Donna was... Went here for the first time today for an informal business meeting. I was very impressed! Portions are large and prices very reasonable. I started with the Antipasto, which was big enough for the entire group (4). The bread with oil/vinegar they brought out (for free) was very good! I then had simple turkey sub sandwich, and it was fantastic.... More

Ate dinner here with my daughter. This is a relatively small Southern Italian restaurant in Woodcroft Shopping Center. This is a family owned restaurant with a hard working staff. Entrees are good and reasonably priced but be careful on Pasta items they give you a huge portion of food more than I could eat. It was very good. Meals come... More

This is a small, cozy, neighborhood restaurant that uses wonderful, family recipes for their sauces, entrees and pasta dishes. We just love this place. A visit here is our treat to ourselves. The wait staff is friendly and very efficient and know us on sight. The ravioli is especially good as is the baked ziti. Their dipping sauce is unique... More

Our first visit here-- went with friends & our kids. Accordion player there that night, which was fun! It was pretty busy, but we were seated quickly. Wait staff was average. The food was incredible! Chicken Alfredo was one of the best I've ever had. Their bread & oil dipping was great too. Everyone at our table was happy with... More

We like independent restaurants and Pulcinella's is a wonderful local Italian cafe. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will definitely go there next time we are in Durham.

Love the calzones. The wait staff is good, the atmosphere is "expected" the wine pours are chinchy nothing on draft. We go there for the calzones If you want a calzone, try it.

If you like a very ample entree' of Italian food , don't miss out. Salad and bread included. The menu has a wide variety of appetizers and main course choices. The environment is noisy and hot! The service is very good and prices are in line and as expected. There is a busy take -out service . Not great for... More

We stop in frequently. Always friendly service and good food. The portions are quite large and better than a chain restaurant. Not fancy but tasty.
