Great food

This restaurant works great for large parties as well as for couples. The large open air feel of the place seems to transport you out of Durham to a large Parisian restaurant Our service was excellent. We began with the Caprese salad. The vinaigrette was to die for. After the reviews mentioning the wonderful bread, I was disappointed since it seemed stale and uninteresting. The olive oil for dipping was not high quality. Our shared appetizer of Calamari was excellent. Other than that he food was pretty good, but not imaginative. I had lamb chops which were good, but served with a miserly bit of potato. Desserts were... More

The food was good and delicious. I'd definitely recommend the Spanish Paella. Lots of seafood and the rice was tasteful. My husband tried the penne bolognaise. He liked it a lot too.

Last night I dined at Parizade with 3 friends. It's been years since I was there and I remembered that the food was good but I didn't remember that the food was THIS good! I had the NC Flounder that is served with shrimp, bacon, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Heaven! Best flounder I've ever had. Then I topped... More

I was invited to listen to the beautiful and talented Clare Bathé sing and she was amazing. Ok now on to the restaurant, the atmosphere is inviting, the food was sinfully delicious and my basil cucumber martini was the best drink I have ever had! I can't wait to go back again!

Freshly flavored with the perfect balance of richness and style, their paella was simply the best I've had in the U.S. It was second only to Set Portes in Barcelona Spain. Parizade's presentation is excellent. They keep the artistic colors and shapes of the natural seafood without turning it into an effort to de-shell dinner. Topping it off, you can't... More

The place was packed - I had never seen it so full. The food was great as always. The service was stellar. I always love going to this place. One time 4 of us went for dinner and ended up not leaving until 11PM when they were cleaning up. While it is a little more expensive than other places in... More

Overall, we found this restaurant outstanding! Having traveled in many countries and locations throughout the world, this restaurant met every expectation for a five star rating. The white tablecloths, candle light, floral arrangement at a key spot, music (live), placing of tables for privacy, and service were truly great! Then you might ask - what about the food? Well, once... More

Truly unique and well-executed dishes; every about it seems very creatively inspired. Even the lighting in the restrooms was innovative. Very tasty food dishes, and the presentation of them was very appealing.
