We all had a great time and the food was good. The lighting was not the best though. It shined in two of the diners eyes so watch where you sit.

My fiance made reservations for a Friday night dinner at Nana's. On my way, I forgot my wallet and had to turn around and knew I would be late. He was able to change our reservation to a little bit later, they seemed very accommodating. We got there a few minutes before our new reservation and waited at the bar,... More

Wonderful experience. Fabulous service. Creative dishes. Allow $25-$30 per person for food, no dessert. Allow 1.5 hours. About my ratings: In an effort to compare apples to apples, my ratings are strictly for establishments within thirty minutes travel of each-other. It makes no sense whatsoever to give five stars to a top Paris restaurant or hotel and then only give... More

The food was fair - well prepared but not a big variety. The atmosphere was what we really didn't like. The tables are so close together, you can't have a private conversation. We had heard a lot about Nana's but found it didn't like up to the talk. It is also quite pricey for the fare.

A work group had a private meeting and dinner in the event space of Nana's in January. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. Loved how they use local ingredients in their dishes. Had the braised short ribs which were outstanding. Everyone who was in the group thought the food was superb.

So much effort is made to make each dish special and flavorful. The menu is eclectic American with a touch of the South. There are some separate rooms so great for parties of up to 20. The bar is also fantastic and you can eat there as well. Martina's to die for.

This is our 'go to' place in RDU area as the food is quite simply the best, so is the service and the drinks. You never know who you might run into at Nana's as their reputation spreads a wide net over the entire country. The swordfish is simply excellent and so is their creme brulee! Best of the best... Completely reliable - never a bad meal. Lots of variety on the menu; interesting combinations, but never exotic. Don't remember any particular dish being their trademark but I've never hit a bad meal in all the different ones I've tried. Very pleasant small room atmosphere. Well trained and capable staff - tables are tended well. Been to the other top... More

We chose this restaurant based on the many good reviews written about it, called for a reservation and showed up at the appointed time hoping for a special experience after what had been a tough day for us. We were told it would be a "few" minutes and allowed to sit on high stools in the bar area. After a... More
