Wow, this place is different

Went to G2B on 2/5/16 for dinner. What a mixed bag. First off, this maybe the single worse location for a restaurant I have ever seen. When your GPS says you've arrived at your destination and you still don't see the place, something is wrong. It was dark so I don't know what office complex... read more

Great service and food. The hostess was very down to earth and kind. Creative takes on the dishes! I ordered the chicken with collards and black eyed peas from the seasonal menu and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

The food here is simply fantastic. From the sweet potato soup, to the buttermilk fried chicken, to the poached pears, you will leave here completely satisfied. Even with a group of nearly 25 people, our food arrived quickly and our waitress was always there when we needed her. Try the in-house brewed beers -- I had the chocolate butternut porter... More

Fabulous diverse menu! Great atmosphere. Loved the mixed drink menu and hubby loved their Stout special. Server was very attentive.

We went to G2B on a whim to try something close to home and local. We were split on our review of our meals with the scallops being the most elegantly plated and delicious meal. The price for this plate was within an acceptable range for large fresh scallops. The chicken however was NOT. It was under seasoned, with nothing... More

Love the atmosphere of this place. We went for date night and enjoyed some very expensive entrees (the short rib was delicious!). While the food felt a tad overpriced, it was made up for in outstanding service and atmosphere. All of the services and staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a try for a special occasion!

We love this place, and the food is delicious. I've postponed writing about it, because I don't want it to be overrun with people sitting in my chair!!! Yes, it is a bit up-scale, and there is an up-scale neighborhood nearby, so there's not much pressure on G2B about prices. I don't know about the sliders, but the burgers are... More

My friend and I decided to try this restaurant for lunch. Elegant decoration and great service. The food and beer was limited and over priced. I'm typically o.k. with a higher price if the food is unique and farm to table. In this case, basic sliders with no frills and no side for $13 dollars. I had a milk porter... More

I've been here a few times now, and enjoy it every time. The food is prepared well, always interesting, the ambiance very nice. They have a microbrewery now, the beer I had was very good. Be prepared to spend some money though, because it is pretty expensive for the serving size you get.
