Great idea but...

The price is not worth the experience. The veggie burger tasted more like whole wheat flour than vegetables. My hotdog bun was burned. The rest of the lunch for three was ok, but not worth the hype or the price. They do have gluten free buns, which is a blessing.

I really like the burgers and fries here, but the burgers are small for the price. I realize that they use pasture-raised beef with no hormones, but the burger could be a little bigger. Not thrilled with the beer selection, but the bartenders are nice and will let you sample the drafts. They do have a room off to the... More

We gave it our best effort. The noise and the crowds, the type and quantity of food. The sides and difficulty in getting an extra napkin makes us give this place an average rating. The lack of notice of alcohol content on the various brews makes us rate this place as below average.

Decent place. Walk-up service. Tons of variety on the menu. Burger, fries and a beer are reasonably priced. Really LOUD tho. Parking available in the garage at the corner of N Mangum and E. Chapel Hill (free on the weekends). Restaurant has outdoor seating (w/ heated covered outdoor when it is cold outside. Restaurant is located in a cluster of... More

I have to admit I was disappointed when I entered the restaurant. It wasn't what I would look for in terms of atmosphere. I'm not a fan of sharing tables. I like my personal space. I'm also not a fan of having to order at a cash register. We actually would have liked to order more of the delicious sweet... More

I love that they have all sorts of burgers for all sorts of tastes. My favorite is the Joan Jett veggie burger. The fries are killer, too. You can't go wrong with their beers. Try a sample or let the friendly bartenders make a suggestion. It is family style seating, so it can be noisy and crowded at times. I... More

You have the possibility to customize your burgers. The meat and the addings are excellent. The ambiance is very young/hipster: this is an excellent place to share a dinner with friends!

I ate here with my wife and adult daughter (this was my second visit). When you enter the door, you have no idea how to proceed. Long tables cover the dining area, with chairs and benches. The restaurant was very crowded and very noisy. You order your food in the rear of the restaurant and it is delivered to you.... More

The meat here is fresh, not frozen, and cooked as you order it and when you order. Seating is kind of hit and miss. You order at the counter, give you a number and you go find a seat. You may end up sitting with strangers or Ill mannered children and their parents. When you order is ready they deliver... More

Went here before the show at DPAC. This is a hopping joint. The food is all fresh and all homemade, including their buns and mayo. The French fries are to die for and the burgers just like you order them. Never being there, the staff was very helpful and patient. I read the reviews before going and all the good... More
