We visited BCBB as a couple and were very impressed with the freshness of both the burgers and their toppings. lettuce and onions were crisp and fresh, loved the aioli spread. Really liked the hsaWaknoW (Wonka Wash/Chocolate) beer. There are 7-9 beer selections as well as an Enomatic self-serve wine dispensing machine with 16 wines on tap. One of the... More

My son and I went to BCBB on a Saturday evening, around 7:00. The restaurant was packed, and we were in a very long line, but we toughed it out, and by the time we ordered, plenty of tables had opened up. The food is fantastic - definitely one of the top 3 restaurant burgers in my life. And most... More

My fiancée and I came to Bull City Burger because we were told they had the best burgers in Durham. Let me keep it short and sweet and say that this simply isn't true. If you're looking for the best burger in Durham, check out Beyu Caffe, just a short walk down the street. If you're looking for some pretty... More

We were visiting Durham to see a show and wanted to grab a bite before the show. There were several restaurants within walking distance of our hotel & BCBB was within walking distance. I'm glad we tried the food here! I love eating local when I'm visiting a place and BCBB did not disappoint!!! I recommend the Bull Nuts, pretzel... More

Took a group from work here on Friday after volunteering at the Food Bank nearby. I'm never a big fan of restaurants in a downtown area because it's hard and expensive to park. There is a public lot about a block or two from Bull City and it's only $1 per hour. On a Friday afternoon, there was plenty of... More

Yadda yadda best burgers in town. What you really want to know about is the crazy good polenta burger they had on special for the poor vegetarians who get dragged along. That’s right, not only do they have a veggie burger on the menu, they have a special veggie burger as well. And it was like no other veggie burger... More

If you're in the mood for a burger, this is a good place to eat. Specialty burgers as well as build your own are available on the menu. Just be sure to note some of the extra toppings cost extra which can quickly add onto cost. Very casual atmosphere. If you have small children, there is an activity area in... More

We arrived a few minutes after their 11:11am opening time on a Saturday. We have tried to eat here twice before but it was always jammed packed so we decided to go very early this time. We were the first customers of the day. When we mentioned we had never eaten there before the gal behind the counter came around... More

Must say the food and service was average tonight. Burger was dry, guess I should have picked rare. Meal came out wrong so they had to make it again. Zinburger is better. The icing on the cake was the server took my glass before I finished my beer. Aaaaah. That's always -1 star. Don't think I'll go back for awhile.
