Stopped by for lunch after hearing so much about Bull City Burger. Our table ordered two different burgers, the chill (the all beef one), potato and sweet potato fries and the vegetarian farmers market burger on a gluten free bun. Good food and I love that there are GF options.

BCBB is a great find in Durham, this is a must hit for any brew lover and real food seekers. Their Grass fed burgers are wonderful and their beers match up great. This joint is extremely family friendly as well, something we always look for. Enjoy!

We enjoyed the burgers and beer and appreciated the variety. The staff was friendly and helped us with our decisions by listening to our preferences. I enjoyed being able to sample the variety of beers. The food was fresh and and had a local feel. Try the homemade ice cream over pound cake, Delicious!

Great food, excellent beer, cool atmosphere and great outdoor seating! Can you ask for much more? Everything is reasonably priced and its worth the wait on some of the busier nights. Make sure to add some of their sauces to the side when you order!

The burgers here are great with creative, but not traditional toppings-- I liked the one I had with jalepenos and cheese. The fries are also very good and I was pleased that there was one dark beer on the menu (and it was decent). However, the restaurant is crowded and busy with a line to order and servers bringing food... More

Here, the meat is grass fed beef, with an array of interesting options (Gorgonzola cheese, nicely cooked onions, etc). There is a great assortment of gourmet versions of regular items such as fries (sweet potato ones North Carolina style, string potatoes cooked in goose fat--I didn;t claim healthy but they were delicious!). And there is a draft soda bar of... More

I had heard WONDERFUL things about BCBB from friends, and was really excited to try it for the first time tonight. However, my expectations were not met with the reality of deliciousness I was prepared for. While the burger was fine, I thought that it was rather small, overcooked (I ordered "a little pink" and it was verrrrrrry little), and... More

I loved the food, and the beer was top notch. My server was down to earth, and friendly, and close to the ball park.

The place is always jam packed full of people. They are well known not only for their brew but also for their gourmet burgers. What blew me away is actually their fries fried in duck fat. Delish! They also have a little play corner for toddlers and young children which is a great touch to make this joint family friendly.

The burgers and beers are delicious and the conversation is usually stimulating. This is what I call "quality fast food" and if you have to share a table, due to the crowds, you can expect the conversation to be friendly and interesting, and the staff, helpful. You can walk to the Performing Arts Center and the Durham Bulls Stadium.
