Long wait but worth it!

We went here for our daughters graduation party. There were 9 of us so we did have to wait for about 2 hours for a table. The hostess was very kind and tried her best to get us seated faster. The best thing of this night was our server, Brandon. He was one of the best servers that I have... read more

I find this Cheesecake Factory to be consistently worse than the one in Charlotte. Our most recent experience was on a Friday night, so naturally Southpoint was a total nightmare with people all over the place. The wait for Cheesecake was 40 minutes, and it took that long, maybe a little less. Once we were seated, our waitress came and... More

We were invited to this restaurant by friends. They had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes while they seated walk-ins. Why did we need a reservation in the first place? When we asked the manager, she was quite dismissive and gave us a rude comment. My order was the only one of six that came out incorrectly.... More

If you want to wait for a table, to then advance to a waiting cue, like a Doctors office, to sit on a stiff bench is a cafeteria loud atmosphere with heavy metal music....this is your spot. Décor is light and interesting, tables are jammed and uncomfortable and it is loud. Private conversation is impossible. Service is good and fairly... More

The food is good, and the service is friendly; however, the hosting post seems to always be given to stressed people. There is not one time that we feel "welcomed" when we approach the host counter. Also, during the warm months, even when there are several open tables on the patio, they make you wait at least 20 min to... More

We had four guests with us and enjoyed the Baja Tacos, Fish Tacos, Cuba Sandwich, Grilled Pork chop and Herb crusted Salmon. All were delicious and a good sized portion. We also had a two year old with us, who was fascinated by the bread and butter. The server noticed she was going for it and brought her a sliced... More

A good friend and I met here for an early dinner - our last before I move out of state. The hostess tried to seat us really close to two other groups, telling us that the majority of their servers were due to begin work in a half hour or so. We saw no need to be so tightly seated... More

This is our family favorite by far and we were so happy to know that even on this coast we enjoyed our meal. The food was good and the portions as usual were huge. Dessert was the best part. We had chocolate tuxedo cream cheesecake, lemon meringue cheesecake and bowl of fresh strawberries with whip cream for our little one.... More

Love the orange chicken. Kids chicken sliders are awesome. Our waiter was phenomenal. Quick in and out lunch while shopping.

Thought the server had attitude and probably should not be working. Food was just ok. Not very flavorful. The shrimp spring rolls left an aftertaste and slight gastric discomfort.
