Be sure to have cheesecake

The menu here is so big it makes it very hard to decide, but I've never had anything bad at the Cheesecake Factory. The prices are a bit high but you do get a lot on your plate. It is always crowded so I recommend going at an off time or put your name in and go window shopping while... read more

I can't say enough about how delicious the Chicken and Biscuit meal is. It is an absolute amazing combination of flavors. The service here is usually always friendly. My only complaint is the lack of waiting room. The restaurant is usually packed, and you're forced to awkwardly linger around the check-in station.

This place serves up insanely large meals! I opted for a salad the night we went hoping for something on the lighter side. It was huge but very delicious. I sadly didn't have space for the famous cheesecake but the food and service was really good here. Worth the trip!

we visited the Cheesecake Factory in Durham while shopping. The meals were as always fresh and delicious. The service was prompt and pleasant. I had the jambalaya and my wife had the shepherds pie. Mine was unusual in that it was served on a bed of linguini rather than rice. My wife's had chunks of tender beef rather than the... More

We came here for dinner with the family...I had a short business trip and we needed something to do for the evening so we came out to Southpoint Mall, which is easily one of my favorite malls. Living in Charlotte, I wish we had a mall like it. They have a great outdoor area that you can walk, look at... More

The first Cheesecake Factory I visited was in Downtown Disney when it was part of DisneyQuest. Ever since then, I go out of my way to eat at a Cheesecake Factory. Christmas Eve, our family enjoyed a great time at CF. Their menu is BIG (a mini novel), so you have plenty of choices. I try something new every time... More

Atmosphere - sub par; Food - average; hostess & waitstaff - excellent (poor things)! OK, so I went two days after Christmas on a Saturday night, so I knew it was going to be super crowded. But, I've been there on a weeknight when I'm in Durham on business, and it's the same thing. NOISY & CROWDED!!! So, anytime you... More

Whenever my office celebrates a birthday, we come here so that everyone can indulge their individual tastes. The desserts are HUGE and also include an amazing assortment. Atmostphere great, fun stuff everywhere. . . is a bit loud, but hey, that shows there's a lot of folks eating there.

Came in for after work drink(s) and dinner. Beer and cocktails are very pricey (Beer for 7$!!!, cocktails for around 10$!!!) Service is not very quick, so don't come in when in a rush. My burger was overdone and I had it replaced. BUT! their cakes are the best :)
