I've got great memories of the Cheesecake Factory from my days going to one of the originals in Los Angeles. But I have to admit the snob in man rejected it when it became a national chain. When visiting Southpoint Mall these days, usually to see a movie, my wife convinces me to go to the CF and time and time... More

Have enjoyed other Cheesecake Factories a few years ago and was looking forward to a similar experience. The chicken and turkey sandwiches were much smaller than expected and disappointing. The burrito grande, however, was large and good.

The Cheesecake Factory is the BEST! The closest one to is a little under a 1 hour drive. The pages and pages of meal selections has something for everyone. In spite of that, I have always ordered the same thing: Sweet Tamale Corn cakes. Even though this item is listed as an appetizer, I always have to bring half of... More

Our waitress, Amelia, was very nice and humble. She made sure our meal was to our satisfaction, our cups never went empty, and she always approached the table with a smile. My husband had the "bang bang chicken/shrimp" and I had the Cajun shrimp/chicken jambalaya. Both meals were GREAT!! Although we were a little full, we found room to indulge... More

While they have very tasty food, great staff, and of course delicious cheesecake, the wait to get a table can be quite long, so definitely plan ahead and get there in plenty of time to put your name down and then do a little shopping while you wait. The wait is definitely worth it though. Cheers!

My daughter and I are both gluten intolerant, and we found ourselves forced to eat out one day. We chose Cheesecake Factory because we've always liked their food. This day, our server ended up going to the back to check ingredients FOUR times, to make sure no GMO foods or gluten were in our possible choices. He was gracious, kind,... More

The Cheesecake Factory is a great place to eat. The hardest part is deciding what to eat. They have an extensive menu and everything I have tried it great. Their pizza is good, salads are good, pasta, sliders, burgers, steaks, meat load, and especially the cheesecake and other cakes. I always have to eat there everytime I go near Durham.

It's a chain that is consistent. It amazes how vast the menu is with a variety of options. The service was good and the entrees were predictable. The flat bread and skinnylicous turkey sandwich were tasty and what we wanted. The interior never disappoints and it has good ambience. It wasn't too crowded which made our meal much more enjoyable.

We had a large group of "17" people the restaurant was able to accommodate our party. The service, food and pricing was superb!!! Job well done. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!!

1 meal and 2 hairs = 1 v bad experience. 1 hair in my wife's salad and 1 in my son's sandwich. Very gracious waiter and mgt. but ugh! Beware of the hair.
