Simple, tasty and good value. Basically a self service in Durham.. The rotisserie chickens were tender and tasty. The fried plantains were the best we have ever eaten
We were glad that we visited this place at lunch time. It is closed Tuesday, but opened all other days beginning at 11 AM. As with the other reviewers, the chicken is really good, and moist. It was falling off the bone. It tasted to us as if it had been prepared over open flames, not sure by grill and...

It's a great value...about $6 for a quarter dark meal w/ 2 different sides. The flan-$2 is delicious-nice and sweet!! Very casual and plan on smelling like smoke for the rest of the night.
My husband and I were visiting Durham and found this restaurant on trip advisor. Staff was very helpful with food selections since this was our first visit. The chicken was so moist and seasoned to perfection. Black beans and rice were very good. The fried plantains were a nice addition to the meal. We will definitely eat there again and...

We stumbled upon this restaurant get our car fixed and I am glad we did! I get the same thing everytime I go back. 1/4 chicken, dark meat, rice and black beans and tostenes! Absolutely amazing!
Their food is wonderful. The chicken is so moist and flavor is so different from anywhere else. Their black beans are great!

The sauces are tasty but the chicken, cooked over wood charcoal, is so moist and tender you don't have to use them. The menu is limited but what they offer they do really well. Great...

What I found was fantastic, authentic Peruvian food and drink, in a hole-in-the-wall little building on a street I would never have turned down expecting to find anything interesting. This is definitely a hidden gem in Durham. You can't just...

This is one of my favorite places to get a quick meal. I usually do take out but it's just as good to hang out in the restaurant. The chicken is amazing and the sauces are excellent additions. The sides are all good and you can't beat the price! It's a little hard to find the first time but I...
