I have been coming to the OBX for the past forty years when there was only one phonebooth and one gas station and needless to say I have seen many restaurants come and go on the Outer Banks but one restaurant remains above them all is Elizabeth's. I always end the week with a reservation at Elizabeth's and each year... More

Our group go eight adults from Washington, DC just enjoyed our tenth annual dinner at Elizabeth's. It has been and remains the best dining experience on the Outer Banks, bar none. Believe me, we've tried many, many others. Every aspect of the experience is excellent. The menu is varied, sophisticated, and welcoming. Preparations are reliably top-notch. Temperatures are exact. Ingredients... More

I have been coming to Corolla for the past 13 years and just discovered this restaurant. It is my new favorite. The food is sooooo good!! it is tucked back in Duck in Scarborough faire so not easy to find if you weren't looking. A more expensive, nice white table clothed restaurant for a special evening but the Tuna and... More

I was shocked to see so few reviews of Elizabeth's so I felt compelled to write. Small and charming, this restaurant reminds me of a country inn more than a beach restaurant. The menu is incredibly creative and well-thought out, including duck, seafood, chicken, beef and even vegetarian dishes. There is something for everybody. The side dishes steal the show... More

The location is absolutely wonderful. We sat on the porch and had a wonderful lunch. The service was good and we will be sure to go again.

Great place to unwind on the patio and enjoy a bottle of wine from their incredible wine list! Shady spots and comfy chairs will make it hard to leave this great cafe! Cheers.

This hidden gem is in a quiet courtyard. On earlier visits, we have enjoyed Champagne on the porch. On this night, in the lovely dining room, we had a moist, sweet cod and a tender filet of beef, each with appropriate wine. The service at Elizabeth's is thoughtful and professional.

The restaurant was recommended by the Sanderling Inn, where we stayed. We went to other upscale restaurants, such as Blue Point (?), Red Sky, but this is by far the best. The duck was one of the best anywhere, with creative side dishes to die for. The desserts were not particularly impressive, mainly because they were too mainstream. But the... More

This is a special dining treat both for its fine wine selection and dining selections. Their fish dishes were wonderful. Small intimate restaurant that if you seek quiet ambiance- it's a great choice

This was our first time on the Outer Banks and we only knew of a couple of restaurants that were both rated highly and friendly to vegetarians as my wife doesn't eat meat. Unfortunately, the first night we were out, we did not make reservations and Elizabeth's didn't have any room. This was understandable so we found a sushi restaurant... More
