I've never been treated so poorly by any restaurant as I was here. I believe it was the owner, was completely rude and shouldn't be in the service or restaurant industry at all. I will never visit this place again and will tell everyone I know visiting Duck of this poor experience.

Huge scoops. Edy's ice cream. Have a sundae or cone or cup. Nice ending to meal after Wave Pizza. No place to sit down inside, but a friendly atmosphere and staff.

My title is for certain ice cream lovers like myself that needs to sample 1-2 flavors to know what mood I am in and it is just not the same experience for me without my sugar cone... Small place serving snow balls and Edy's ice cream, and we asked for samples and the woman taking our orders told us they... More

Is it possible to give a zero-star rating? My daughter asked, "Can I have a raspberry...?" The rude owner interrupted her and said sternly, "May I have..." She restated her order using "May I." He said, "I can hear that school bell ringing. And they need to put you in the first row, honey." He then smiled, looked down and... More

We found this location by the sign because had first tried to stop at Sunset Ice Cream location but line was to long. Glad we came here I had the blueberry milkshake and the fresh blueberries with the milkshake was refreshing to the taste buds after a evening of enjoying the lighthouses, etc. I also got a box of the... We liked the ice cream and they had a few more flavors than Sunset Ice Cream but they were also 50 cents more and they charge 75 cents for a waffle cone. There were other varieties of cones but I don't recall the prices.

We love the ice cream at Hawaiian Sno Balls - good variety and a good value. One is great - Two scoops is even better! I love the Fudge Tracks. There is always a line so being patient is a must.

This place was difficult to find because the sign is small and it is in a plaza with other shops and restaurants. Look for Duck Donuts and it's in the same set of shops. I only tried the iced coffee and so did my in-laws. We all agreed that is was some of the best iced coffee we ever tried.... More

There were 5 of us. We went in at 8:50pm not realizing closing time was 9pm. The owner kept referring that it was closing time! He was more concerned with closing time that good customer service! He REALLY should have turned off the OPEN sign!! We will not return.
