Vacationing in Corolla this week and decided on wings and pizza. Stopped at Cosmo's and ordered the Hot Chicken Wings crispy. They arrived steaming as well as being crispy and the flavor was hot but not overpowering. Someone suggested the Jah Jah pizza, and we were not disappointed. JahJah is a white pizza with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, garlic... More

My group stopped by Cosmo's for lunch after our wild horse tour. We ended up ordering 3 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. The orders of breadsticks were big. They were hot and fresh and very good. The three pizzas we got were very good. We were very glad we stopped and we will be back next time we vacation... More

Okay I have eaten a lot of pizza in my days - growing up in Boston I have had some of the best. I also spend a lot of time in New York City and have had some awesome pizza there as well. I now live in Virginia and the pizza is really just sad. I have to say that... More

The good: convenient, can walk to pick up the pizza, kids love it, the most similar to pizza we get back home in NJ (vs other places we've tried in NC) The bad: very salty, especially the garlic knots, sauce tasted jarred (not homemade), pizza crust was too doughy

Shrimpmom- Thanks for coming in on your vacation. We appreciate all reviews and the time that you took out of your day to complete it. I hope you can make it back in soon. One of our "secrets" is that we make everything in house, including the sauce. We purchase fresh vegetables seasonally and direct from the Raleigh Farmers Market.... More

Stopped by for lunch mid-week in August and were glad we did. The Pizza was excellent and the beer/ale list was extensive. We especially appreciated the selection of local craft brews on tap. The pizzas came out steaming hot and aromatic. The crust was yeasty, with a good chew. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Stay away if you don't like... More

We make it a point to visit Cosmo's at least once on our yearly vacation to Corolla. We have been coming here prior to the business expanding into its larger space. The new space is very nice offering many more tables. The pizza has been consistently fantastic. We are from New York and think that Cosmo's pizza holds it own.... More

Picked up 4 pies for the house we were renting down the street. Pleasantly surprised as back hop,e we have lots of great pizza places and in past years been disappointed. The meaty was my favorite. Service took an hour due to Saturday night crush. They were ready when we arrived. Hot and flavorful.

Newbs15kens Thanks you for coming and writing a nice review. We strive to beat out our competition. The meaty is one of my favorite pies too! We too have a lot of pizza shops and it takes a lot to get seen out here. We've been doing this for over 20 years. Hope your vacation was great and thanks again.... More

I stayed in the Corolla Light resort for vacation with my family and tried their pizza twice. Both times the pizza was ridiculously greasy and soggy, so that we were not able to pick the pizza pieces up without the toppings sliding right of the pizza. After a while, the oil would actually soak through the bottom of the pizza... More

CCAA23- I wish you had brought your concerns to light while you where here in Corolla. The grease you are referring to is actually milk fat. We use a whole milk mozzarella that most places don't. We also add a part skim mozzarella that we blend together. This is to help and battle the fat the comes with using a... More

We were staying in Corolla Light, spending the day at the beach. We tapped TripAdvisor for a local pizza place within walking distance. Cosmo's came up and we gave it a try. The pizza's were very average and OK for beach food but not good enough to go back for. If this were your local pizzeria there would have to... More

My daughter really wanted pizza for supper. After a little research on Trip Advisor, we settled on Cosmo's. Overall, we were very pleased with the pizza and the quality of the ingredients. Both pies arrived at our table nice and hot. The service was attentive, but could have used better organization at the hostess stand. We were seated right away,... More
