Acropolis breakfast

My friend and I get together every Tuesday for breakfast. We try various local restaurants. The folks were very friendly and helpful and our breakfast was quick and tasty. The decorations fit right in with the overall Acropolis theme. Overall very good meal.

We visit the Acropolis nearly every time that we visit family in Cornelius. My husband LOVES the Florentine omelette and I favor the traditionally Greek gyro. It's never a let-down. They offer customer friendly service and reasonable prices. It's our go-to place when we need a bite. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!

I've had Gyro several times. The Greek potato salad is excellent and unique. The pastitio, Greek lasagne, is the best I've ever had. The house salad is good as well. We have gone for breakfast and they are well priced and delicious. You can't beat the food off the reasonabl price.

Down the road from the Hampton Inn there is this Greek family restaurant. So nice to have another choice than a chain when your are on the road for days! We ate in the dinning room section where there is a nice fire place. Difficult tp say that this is a typical Greek restaurant as the menu is very diversified... More

We were heading back north (to Canada!) and our small Motorhome had a mechanical problem. The owner aithorized us to sleep in his parking lot. We took advantage of his offer, stayed overnight and enjoyed an excellent dinner at a very reasonable cost. The service was excellent and the food was plenty. We will try to stop there on our... Found this place on our way to Florida. Stopped for dinner on the way to and the way back. Service was excellent, and food was too. Steak ordered rare, cooked to perfection. Salad with Gyro meat delish. Gyro authentic with flavorful tzatziki. Avgolemon was home made Other selections than Greek as well. Got there at 9:58 pm and they had... More

A huge and diverse menu means you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner here and it will be terrific. From toast to a T-bone, Acropolis is awesome. The staff makes you feel right at home and the fresh food is top shelf. Looks too busy? Don't worry about it. The place is huge a well staffed. You never have to... More

We were looking for a good lunch out. My husband selected the Grecian Chicken Special. It was excellent. I have the soup and appetizer plate-it was great too. Wish they had a combo special available.

This was my second time here. I will always visit this restaurant whenever in this area. The menu has an extensive selection and the prices are reasonable. The portions are large and the quality of the food we received was excellent.

The building is not pretty nor ugly, just more like a dinner. I have been there for dinner but didn't like the Greek dishes that I ordered, and I am Greek. If I go there at night I do order the Saganaki (flambe Greek cheese), which is good, or the Greek appetizer platter. Their baklava is also good. Their other... More
