I love the atmosphere and the food. Went there first on cinqo de Mayo. I have been back since and intend to go there when I am in the area.

We were in Charlotte and were looking for a place to eat at the Broadwalk. I went to tripadvisor and Zapata's was highly recommended. We were a family that consisted of four adults and all agreed that our meals were one of the best that we have ever eaten. Not only was the food superb, but the restaurant was clean... More

This restaurant has a warm friendly atmosphere. The service was good and the food was also. The portions are large and there us good variety on rhe menu. You can miss this from Catawba. Drive around the back. It is worth it.

I am addicted to the street tacos. They marinate the onions in honey and they are mouth-watering! The chimichangas are great and the service is top notch!

This place is amazing! The food is awesome! Their salsa is chunky and could us a little more spice (in my opinion). The service is ok. I've been here twice and I think the servers could pay a little more attention to their tables. However I just moved up to the Cornelius area and lack of service seems to be... More

Ordered shrimp and rice and received a plate of mostly onions and peppers and maybe 3 med shrimp. Never been back.

We were really surprised by Zapatas. The food was very tasty and the portions were huge. We visited on a Sunday and the kids ate for free. They have an outdoor seating area along Catawba Avenue (not the best view, but it was fun to get some fresh air and watch the world go by.) The service was excellent and... More

My wife has lunch there more often than I do but every time that I have been there the food was fresh and yummy.

Good food and fair price. The tostado and the enchilada are both great choices. The service is good. An overall great experience!

Stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner and were quite surprised by the delicious southwestern menu. My veggie burrito of mushrooms, black beans, cheese and onion was scrumtious and plentiful. Everyone got somthing different and there were many satisfied tummies after the meal. The margaritas, although a bit weak, had good flavor. The service was efficient and friendly.
