We moved to North Carolina from Issaquah, WA in May, 2014. We had been looking for a GREAT pizza place since moving here. We have tried many places and none passed muster. My husband has a high level of expectations when it comes to pizza: crust, ingredients and sauce. So yesterday, before attending our GRANDS Cub Scout "Rain Gutter Regatta"... More

In a town with several good restaurants I was hoping for more. I called for take out exactly when I was told it would be ready. When I came through the front door the server gave me a look like "yeah?". Another lady smiled and told me she would be right with me. Signature salad was OK, $10. Small pizza... More

The service here was the worst service EVER. I was charged 10.00 in gratuity on A TWO TOP TABLE for using a coupon. I ordered three beers as well as two bloody marrys and two other entrees. Totally making up for the coupon. I was astonished. It took 45 minutes to even get any of our food which came out... More

Great pizza and wings. Good beer selection and service. Nice family side and a bar side with lots of tvs.

My husband and I just moved to the area and decided to visit Prosciutto's last weekend on the advice of a coworker. We were so pleasantly surprised! We chose a seat at the bar and were immediately welcomed by the warm and friendly bartender named Lindsay. She made us feel right at home! We ordered our bottle of wine (which... More

We had the pleasure of having dinner here before a concert recently. The atmosphere is homey & the staff accomodating & very friendly. The food was excellent & I can't say enough about their homemade bleu cheese. Amazing!

Went to Prosciutto's with a business associate a couple of week ago for a early dinner. Between the two of us, we have a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with wings on the side. Wings were overcooked and hard. Pizza was very large but at the same time, had trapped too much moisture on the underside and was very soggy.... More

I cannot say enough good about this place. The pizza is out of this world good and their blue cheese is homemade and super chunky and amazing. Calories aside, I could eat there everyday ordering ham pizza and dipping the crust in their blue cheese. I pass probably 50 pizza places on the way to Cornelius from my home in... More

We had a great experience at this restaurant. I had the cajun chicken pasta which was a generous portion and probably the best chicken pasta I have ever had. The service by Kells was also right on point. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and right on time with drinks etc. My husband has a pizza which was huge and tasty. We... More
