This place was an awesome find! We had a party of 14 & everyone loved the food. I had the Bugsy(Rueben) sandwich with the homemade potato chips. It was so yummy! They have a great beer selection also. We will definitely be back! EVERYONE LOVED IT & that is hard to do with a party of 14 ( kids included)!

This is the best burger I have EVER had! Anywhere in the world! I had the "Mickey Rooney". Totally unique creations, nice atmosphere and unbelievably great food. If you ever go to the Concord Mall in Concord or the Charlotte Motor Speedway or the Verizon Center, you MUST eat here.

The positive reviews MUST BE Staged. We're tried this place 4 times and it gets worse every time. It's a good place to listen to music and have a beer, but the food is lousy, the service is slow and rude and the management has an "I couldn't care less" attitude. It has the "collective personality" of a dial tone.... More

We have ate here twice and keep finding something different to order and loving it. The French onion soup is always very tasty. I had the pretzel bread Ruben sandwich last time and it a lot better then a Ruben on rye, try it you'll love it. My girlfriend had the soup both times like me and loves it. She... More

We had dinner there on a recent Friday night. We were seated in a booth with the air conditioning blowing directly on our legs with made the experience rather chilly. One of my favorite beers, Rolling Rock, was the special of the evening. My wife ordered her burger without the bun and she enjoyed it. My grilled and batter dipped... More

I had lunch with 3 friends here on 3/5/13. Our server, Chris was a very personable and informative. Everyone's food was excellent and delivered in a very short time. We tried a few of the craft beers that were suggested by Chris and all were very good. The atmosphere was interesting and made for great conversation. Next time we are... More

My family has dined here quite a few times and the service has always been good. The pork chop is excellent and make sure to order the BBQ pork empanada, it is awesome! As for the sandwiches, they were really really good when this restaurant first opened, but something happened. Now they come out greasy and I am not a... More

Opened in the Spring of 2011, The Speakeasy Ale House has already made a name for itself as being the Reader's Choice #1 restaurant, #1 hamburger, and #2 chicken wings. The menu items, named after famous movie stars, are unlike any other in the surrounding area: Pulled pork and rootbeer BBQ empanadas; Caesar marinated and grilled chicken breast, roasted red... More

My husband and I tried The Speakeasy Alehouse for the first time, and it won't be our last. The food was good, the atmosphere interesting, and the service just right. We had the sausage queso dip appetizer, and it was yummy. I had the juicy lucy burger, and it was wonderful, full of oozing cheese. My husband chose the Guinness... More
