While picking up some final Christmas items yesterday at the stores around Concord Mills, we decided to visit Texas Roadhouse, This was one of my late Sister-in-Laws restaurants and it's easy to see why. What is unique about the place is the steaks. You walk in the door and right across from the hostess stand, is a refrigerated display case... More

We ate here because it was right next to our hotel, and it was a great choice! No wait, our food was awesome, the service was also really good.

Always good food here the only problem is the wait. Get there early as this is every day of the week.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to greet us and to serve us. Every table gets a bucket of peanuts on arrival and then, as we were first-time visitors, we also got a selection of taster dishes of four different starters. For main course, I had the sirloin steak which was excellent... More

My wife and I dined at Texas Roadhouse in Concord and were pleasantly surprised at no waiting and a very nice dinner and service. Would have rated a 5 except the rolls and sides could use a bit of improvement. The rolls came out very quickly but tasted like they had been under a heat lamp a bit too long.

Steaks were great as always, my husband wanted to try something different; so, he went with the ribs. Needless to say, he'll go back to the steaks while at Texas Roadhouse. Ribs were dry, over cooked and even looked tough. It was lunch and appeared to be a little understaffed but our server was trying.

Steak was not cooked right, servers were cleaning around us in the evening preparing for closing about 90 minutes from closing. Running vacuum and cleaning the seats, filling up the salt and pepper shaker. My wife and I ordered the same steak but hers was smaller. The manager gave us a certificate for a free entire but we live in Florida... More

Our hosts rated this restaurant extremely high and had never had a bad meal here in at least 50 visits. Murphy's law ensured that the first time we visited with them, the evening was sub-par. Firstly we were taken to one side of the restaurant to be seated and then for unknown reasons were made to about turn and taken... More
