Our hosts rated this restaurant extremely high and had never had a bad meal here in at least 50 visits. Murphy's law ensured that the first time we visited with them, the evening was sub-par. Firstly we were taken to one side of the restaurant to be seated and then for unknown reasons were made to about turn and taken... More

I had dinner here whilst on business in Concord, and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The staff were friendly and courteous, the food was wonderful, and my steak was cooked perfectly. I'd go back there again, no doubt.

The atmosphere is so loud you cannot carry on a conversation comfortably at your own table. The furnishings are falling apart. On our second to last visit, the booth bench had no support and felt as if you were about to fall through the seat, when we notified the staff, they just looked at us like we were speaking a... More

Close to our hotel and the food was excellent. The restaurant met our expectations for a Texas Roadhouse.

We ate here while at Great Wolf Lodge. The prices are average for a steakhouse. My husband picked his own steak and really enjoyed it. The chili was outstanding and he loved his meal. I had a smaller ribeye off the menu and thought it was an average ribeye. The seasoning we use at home and what they use at... More

My husband & I were in town for a concert & we decided to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse. First of all when we walked in the door the hostess was too busy talking to another associate to greet us. While standing there I saw a lady in the kitchen touching the rolls with her bare hands! Then the hostess... More

I ate here the 2nd time I tried because the first time the parking lot was full and the neighboring restaurant had parking space. I was there on Father's Day because it was my last day in town after a family reunion. I got service pretty quickly as a single. you can munch on peanuts while you wait either outside... More

Good food. Stick with the beef choices. Good value and preparation. The servers have always been friendly but seem to be unpredictable on responsiveness. Once you place your order or receive your food, you may or may not see your server until the bill comes. Granted they are busy most of the time but there are plenty of employees walking... More
