The Shoney's is no longer in business and being torn down right now making room for a new bridge and road. I have not heard of any new building it will be in around the area.

The food was always freshly prepared. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods on the bar, all the good stuff people want for breakfast. They also stocked the fresh fruit bar, which made a nice end to a wonderful meal. We had an issue with a piece of our silverware - but stuff like that will happen. The manager... More

I honestly do not know why people continue to go here! After a late Christmas play at church, this was the only place open, so I reluctantly agreed to go with a crowd of about 25. Food was not good at all, served cold, after waiting way too long. Price for salad bar ?? $7.75!! My husband said there was... More

Shoney's is not a bad place to stop if you're in the area and passing through. I used to live in the area and I have to say that I never went out of my way to go eat there. Friday is seafood buffet night, its no red lobster, but decent especially for the price of just under $12.00. We... More

The buffet is the main attraction for me. When shopping nearby we often stop in for a quick dinner, and the buffet fits the bill. Service is friendly and fast and the food is always hot and well stocked. We had one issue a while back, but management got it fixed; the cashier took it upon herself to be the... More

The first time I tried this place the waitress ignored me for drink refills, dirty plares on my table, extra napkins, etc..i commented on the way out and was told they would try to do better next time. We tried it again for dinner, and almost immediately there was no chicken, the primary entree. I asked about refills and was... More

Found curly black hair in the hash browns on the breakfast buffet. The cooks weren't wearing hair nets. This should e a requirement in the food industry!

The food is OK. They staff changes all the time. They need a new cook. The place has a smell to it that is not food... The grease from the kitchen area is tracked out of the kitchen and tracked all over the floor. Even out the front door.. Kind of nasty if you ask me.

We decided to go here because we were headed back from a group trip and this was the closest breakfast spot. I called 2 weeks in advance to reserve space for our group, and we were seated as soon as we walked in the door. The breakfast bar was good, and they kept it full at all times. The line... More
