We go here every visit to the mountains. It is our favorite morning stop. We dont even mind the wait for a table by the water. The diced potatoes are delicious as are the pancakes..

Best breakfast in the Smokies! My family was in Cherokee to ride the Polar Express in Bryson City, NC. We Googled Pancake Houses and was directed to Peter's Pancakes and Waffles. A wonderful breakfast. Huge homemade pancakes with fresh butter. The country side of bacon was 4 slices. We ordered a little of everything...all was great. Our waitress was so... More

Blueberry pancakes loaded with blueberries with blueberry syrup was Oh My Goodness Delicious! Fresh and homemade with country bacon! My husband had eggs, pancakes, and sausage - great too! Good service and bottomless, hot cups of coffee! A nice ride over the mountains for breakfast! ***** Excellent!

I have eaten here for years and it never changes. Friendly staff and great food. Came back for a funeral and already knew where I was having breakfast. The "Country Boy Breakfast" was very satisfying. The pancakes were thick with big balls of butter melting on top. They even had sugar free syrup. When you go prepare to wait in... More

We were looking for a place to eat breakfast and I found this place thanks to TripAdvisor! We passed it many times passing through Cherokee, but never stopped. It was busy, but we got seated right away. The food was absolutely delicious. We all got a variety of food from eggs to waffles to fried potatoes to pancakes; and we... More

Maybe they were having a bad day since it was the day after Thanksgiving. The place was packed and the tables are way too close together. The service was very poor. We were given drinks but no silverware and no sugar or cream. We had to take it off another table. Then when we told the server, she said oh, and... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Peter’s Pancakes. Even though it was a busy Sunday morning, we only waited for 5 minutes for a table. Service was speedy and efficient, and the food was excellent. Great omelets, pancakes and coffee!

Always eat there when in Cherokee. Great food at a great price. Ask for Sherrie to be your server. She is awesome!

You cant go wrong unless you only eat at there once. This is the best breakfast I have ever eaten. If you are in Cherokee and don't eat at Peter's Pancakes than you weren't in Cherokee.
