Best thing was the river view

Came here with friends for breakfast before we headed home. The table we were set at was in the back and had a great view of the river. The menu is small but offers a good selection. Coffee was lukewarm as was our food. Bacon was great though and cooked perfectly crispy. They were out of a couple... read more

Peters is not a fancy place by any means. The first time I ate there from the time I walked in to the time I left I felt like I was at home. I felt vey comfortable. The big thing...is you get what you pay for plus some. Bottom line...Friendly people and to me great atmosphere.

We visit Peter's every time we are in Cherokee. The food is good and the staff very friendly. Make sure you are willing to wait because they are usually very busy but the food is good!

Every time we visit Cherokee we always when open, eat at Peter's for breakfast. Food is hot and plentiful, in fact one of the larger plates of eggs, pancakes and ham we will split as it is too much for one person. Hate that it was closed this past week as it is good food and great price!! The employees... More

This was a great place to stop and have breakfast after coming from the Great Smoky Mountains. The breakfast was good. I had pancakes, eggs, sausage and grits. Will stop there again.

We found this yummy pancake house via an internet search. We were more than pleased when we arrived. The location is gorgeous and right on the river. The building is slightly retro but clean and packed with yummy smells and welcomed patrons. You must go if you're in the area!

When ever we go to Cherokee we look forward to breakfast at Peter's. Really would like to give it a better rating but it would not be accurate. First it was really puzzling to see so many folks leave and not want to wait. Some actually very angry. We did get a table at the window so we could look... More

We were impressed by the quality of our breakfast! The place was packed in the off season! I know why - food was good. The facilities could use some updating!

My husband and I went to Cherokee for a weekend get away. Had breakfast at Peter's we both had steak and eggs. The steak had no flavor and the eggs were like rubber. The Biscuits and gravy was good but that was all...
