Wonderful! Our waiter was very helpful, familiar with all items on menu! Portions are huge! Start with spicy shrimp. Carpaccio also very good. If you order lamb, ask for sauce on side!

The restaurant itself was beautiful with a great ambiance. The appetizers were a great start to a wonderful meal. I highly recommend the Chicken Milanese. Too much food for one person to eat! Good wine list, and the server was knowledgeable with recommendations based on what I liked. My only complaint is that I didn't have room for dessert. The... More

My wife and I stopped into the Cherokee Casino recently. Because we were hungry when we go there, we decided to eat first. Brio Tuscan Grill was our choice. We definitely were NOT disappointed. The service was amazingly good. And the food was outstanding. We had the spinach dip as an appetizer and it was delicious. But the thin bread... More

We were looking for a good restaurant in Cherokee. TA told us that this should be as good as it gets here. Wooh, what a huge disappointment! It all started with the ID-Check. Ok, this has actually nothing to do with the restaurant. But the folks did not accept my ID. They wanted to see my passport. Why that? Everything... More

Major cities in the south are starting to have "restaurant week" celebrations showcasing high end restaurants that some people would not ordinarily frequent without a discount (like my best friend). So on my most recent visit with her which happen to fall in this restaurant week we dined at Brio. Please understand, I eat anyplace anytime if I think it... More

Pricey for the portions. Bland food: Pasta Brio and Campanelle Carbonara. For two dishes boasting to have chicken, I had to ask, “Where’s the chicken?” The calamari appetizer was the exception: it was tender, the batter was light, but the inclusion of the peppers added an off-pepper flavor to the calamari and probably served more as a way to bulk... I have eaten at Brio's on several occasions since they first opened and have not had a bad experience yet, the service has always been excellent and timely, the food always fresh and hot, the atmosphere is fresh and airy and yes this is one restaurant located in the casino that you can actually breath fresh air in. Excellent selection... More

After a long day trout fishing I was ready for a nice meal. My co fisherman and I headed to the casino for our dinner and went up to the third floor to eat at the Biro. I ordered the strip steak that came with mash potatoes and veggies, the steak was hudge! Very thick and juicy. Flavor was just... More

After a day trip of gambling at Harrah's Cherokee in NC, we found out you can swipe your gaming card and more than 50 pts gets you a free buffet or a $20 food credit. We had to get on the road so we opted for take-out at Brio Tuscan Grill inside the casino. When I saw how beautiful restaurant,... More

The food, service and atmosphere here are top notch. Much better here than at the buffet in our opinion. Meals are huge, sharing recommended!
