I have eaten at most of the restaurants at the casino including the buffet and this is the best food there! The quality, presentation and value are unsurpassed. Not to mention the wait staff is friendly, fast and efficient. The steak on the steak salad was melt in your mouth tender. No doubt I will bypass all the other restaurants... More

We were passing through and stopped in at the hotel. We ate at Brio and sat at the bar. Tristen and John-Luke our bartenders were perfect. They were engaging and tentative to our needs, and we enjoyed our time there. Food was absolutely perfect we had the wedge salad and the BBQ Chicken pizza. The best part was that we... More

With Cherokee itself having a very limited selection of dinner choices, we decided to go to the casino. The ultimate cosmopolitan was refreshing and the Trout as well as the lobster and shrimp were delicious !!

Service was excellent along with the food, nice size portions. Escape from the noise of the casino and you feel like you are in a different place. The glass windows allow you to enjoy the surroundings

The Brio has excellent choices for lunch and dinner. And I love the desserts in the small glasses. Make a point to always have at least one meal here during my visits. Excellent service. Great food.

Service was fast and friendly. Menu had a nice selection. Was hesitant to order crabcakes but I did and was glad for the choice. Mixed drinks were good and dessert was excellent. Mid-range pricing.

The Brio has a stunninly beautiful Tuscan decor. The staff are wonderful, the food is great. I got the Veal Marsala.....the only thing was the Marsala sauce.....was gelatinous, and too beefy and dark....other then that, everything was great. The atmosphere is fun, and wait staff is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. Cost is moderate to expensive, depending on the dish... More

Went for lunch here and would definitely come back. Delicious hot bread, nice flatbread appetizers, wonderful chicken piccatta, and a decadent molten chocolate dessert. The only part of my lunch that was not exquisite was the lobster bisque. Good taste but very little lobster.

Don't be afraid of the price, although it is cheaper than the buffet at Harrah's and the Amish Organic Half Chicken melted in my mouth. Vegatables were seasoned to perfection and the Mashed Potatoes was more than I could eat.
