My fiance and I came here as our celebratory dinner for our engagement and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the food was incredible.

They're holding my record for THREE 'send-backs' in a restaurant... I wanted to get up & go back & cook my own meal! The shrimp needed to be COOKED THROUGHLY, which they are incaoable of doing. So next time I ordered the 'rack of lamb' WELL DONE, and it came 'crispy crittered' = so charred it was inediblre! just can't... More

We went to Brio by the recommendation of our hotel manager (neighboring hotel). The food was awesome! No leftovers; no room for dessert either. The service was great too. They were child-friendly; bringing out dough for our little one to shape up & then baking it for him to try. The prices were reasonable for the amount and quality of... More

I stumbled into this restaurant after getting hungry while gambling in the casino. Sat at the bar and had their version of chicken Marsala. It was very good although I admittedly had fairly low expectations. It's a nice restaurant and the bartenders were quite helpful and friendly. I would certainly go back and would recommended it to anyone visiting.

Food and drinks were mediocre. Not really all that great. Staff was very nice. Maybe it was just an off day.

We came to Cherokee thinking of having lunch. It is very difficult to find a lunch place that you want to hang out and stay awhile in. After leaving a strip mall restaurant that smelled funny, we relented and went inside the casino. I'm happy to say that Brio was great !! I needed consistency and good taste and Brio... More

I have eaten at most of the restaurants at the casino including the buffet and this is the best food there! The quality, presentation and value are unsurpassed. Not to mention the wait staff is friendly, fast and efficient. The steak on the steak salad was melt in your mouth tender. No doubt I will bypass all the other restaurants... More

We were passing through and stopped in at the hotel. We ate at Brio and sat at the bar. Tristen and John-Luke our bartenders were perfect. They were engaging and tentative to our needs, and we enjoyed our time there. Food was absolutely perfect we had the wedge salad and the BBQ Chicken pizza. The best part was that we... More

With Cherokee itself having a very limited selection of dinner choices, we decided to go to the casino. The ultimate cosmopolitan was refreshing and the Trout as well as the lobster and shrimp were delicious !!
