My friends and I went to dinner here, the apps are large and delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly!

Brio's is always excellent. Casual, as most of Cherokee Harrah's is but the food has been very good every time we've been there. We usually eat at the bar area. Beef medallions are my favorite and I love the flatbread with rosemary and sesame seeds they make in house. Not fancy fine dining but a good pleasant meal.

We had lunch on our recent visit. The lobster bisque and bruschetta is one of my favorites. The wife enjoys the soup and salad entrée. And of course the cocktails and wine kinda puts things together.

Main issue with this experience was at the hostess stand. There were several open tables on a Monday night - we were asked if we were ok sitting on the patio-type area (all is inside the casino, this part is just in a gate outside the main restaurant) we said we were. One table was pre-set with silverware, bread plates,... More

Very nice atmosphere. Wait staff was excellent, and the food was great! I thought that the prices were great for an inside the casino restaurant. The hot bread was also excellent.

You would expect to have to wait for one of the few restaurants available at a resort, but the advertised wait of an hour and a half was too much for our group of 5. We chose to wait at the bar and when five seats opened up, we ate there. The bartender passed by us about a dozen times... More

Brio offers an open restaurant feel similar to being in Florence or Venice while located inside of a casino. Our server was fantastic, the food was good, desserts were nothing special and the wine was over priced. In general the prices were fairly average for the cost of the dinner. If you like cucumbers you should try the cucumber Gimlet... More

My wife and I always eat at Brio when we go to Harrah's. The food is always good and the service is dependable. The best advise I can give is to consider sharing your entrée, the portions are rather large, and gives you a chance to get to dessert.

For the best dining experience inside the Harrah's casino (and possibly anywhere in the Cherokee area), the Brio Tuscan Grill for lunch and dinner is exceptional in every way. The ambiance is casual but elegant, the wait staff is friendly and accommodating, the meals are expertly prepared and deliciously enjoyable, and the prices are very reasonable. Once we discovered this... More
