their bagels were not made in house u could tell they were frozen and whats with the sides

I won't buy the competition's bagels. They just don't hold up to Manhattan's. We're 30 min. from this location and still get bagels only fhere. Ever try the bacon and egg breakfast on a sesame bagel?
