Very good sushi

We went there on a Friday evening and it was packed. However, we got a spot at the bar, almost immediately. We ordered the sushi boat so we could try everything. Food didn't take too long, even that it was full. The sushi was fresh and very good. Service was very friendly, almost too friendly.

Visited this place for good sushi based on reviews. Seating is limited. Service was relatively quick however. Ordered the spicy dragon roll. My partner ordered the same. Have to say it was nothing but alot of rice. Very very small piece of shrimp in the middle. One of the slices had no fish at all! Very disappointed. Will not return.

I read reviews on trip advisor and decided this was a wildcard. The other places in Charlotte sounded trendy as I seek traditional. My first reaction was not great surrounded by orders of rolls (no one was ordering nigiri. Ginger was pink versus traditional white (usually a bad sign). Once I ordered nigiri hamachi, Octopus, eel, igura, white tuba, Saba,... More

This is a tiny storefront cafe and the only reason I did not rate it Excellent is because it is so tiny. You can watch the sushi chefs make your selections if you choose and they are truly worth watching. All of the food is plentiful, very fresh and delicious. The wait staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They... More

I have been here many times and the sushi I always fantastic. I had the Big Boss Roll. I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon. My salad was brought out right away but it took almost 40 minutes for the sushi. It was delicious but I'm not sure it was worth the wait :-(

this is a hole in the wall sushi restaurant. we have been dinning her for the last two years and the place is progressively going down. they need to inject some level of capital into the place. get rid of the 12 inch TVs and drop in a couple of flat screens. the food is goos as usual however, the... My family loves sushi. When my little girl says she wanted sushi after a competition in the morning, as I good father, I must oblige and find a spot. A quick search yielded this odd-named, dingy looking storefront in a worn shopping center. We went for it. And let me tell you, this Sushi was some of the best I... More

This place is tucked away in the middle of a strip mall, so if you drive by it, you probably wouldn't stop. I was lucky enough that a friend told me about this place some time ago and have been going back for years. It's small and cramped and that is part of the ambiance. My kids have asked me... More

This is the second time we visit this place. The food is very good, with an extensive menu, by looking the place for the first time, you'll never guess the bast available menu. The service is also good, and the price is just outstanding for the kind of food that you get. Need to get there early, the place is... More

I always hear about this restaurant, but have never made it there, because I'm not a sushi girl...however, my husband picked it out for his birthday dinner yesterday. So we find it at a little strip mall..and we're thinking..oh...this is it? HOWEVER..what a treat! I ordered shrimp and scallops. All entrees come with a bunch of other stuff...mine came with...
