We ate at Taste of Carolina during a stopover. There are good craft beer and wine lists and a basic bar-type menu. The Cobb salad was actually quite good. We were quite disappointed though that our "sit down" meal was served on paper plates with plastic utensils. If it's not take-out, it shouldn't be throw-away! The proprietors should show some... Believe it or not, the bar b que here wasn't bad considering it was airport food! Friendly wait staff but waited a bit. I would recommend the chopped beef sandwich.

Maybe this place should be called Thirst of Carolina. Walked all the way across the airport hoping to find some interesting local food choices on the menu but seemed to mostly be a brew pub. I felt the name is completely misleading. Could find very little to taste at Taste of Carolina. Is peperoni pizza a Taste of Carolina?

Airport food always seems to be hit or miss but the locally brewed porter was an excellent beer and the tortilla soup was good. Service was very quick and efficient which is always important in an airport

We had a very brief time between flights, and stopped by. Ordered a personal pepperoni/mushroom pizza to split, which was absolutely delicious! Served with packets of fresh parmesan cheese and red pepper for us to add if we wanted. Very fast service; very attentive waitress. Exactly what we wanted!

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat in between flight. I went with the pulled pork sandwich, which included one side and a fried pickle. The pulled pork was out of this world - moist, succulent perfectly salted. I had the sweet potato fries and was very happy with my choice. Quick service, counter style
