I've alway heard such good things about this restaurant, but I did not find that it lived up to the hype especially for the price of the meal. Like a similar reviewer, we had reservations and were about to be seated in a doorway on top of another couple. We asked if we could sit at a different table (and... More

I came here during Queen City Feast, and the amazing food and great waitstaff made me a repeat customer. The food is great and the serving size is the perfect amount. The wait staff is attentive without hoovering. This amazing restaurant seems to have a large amount of repeat and regular customers (the wait staff asked at least 3 groups... More

Based on the reviews we made a reservation for a night out. Entered the establishment 15 minutes prior to the reservation was promptly seated in front of the bathroom when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the seating arrangement a scowl came over the hostess face as if it was an inconvenience to move us to another table. There were several... More

I dropped by once for an evening meal in September, and had a superb fish entree. The restaurant was extrememly busy and I got the last table, (outdoors), but the weather was mild and it was actually quite lovely. The waitstaff were very attentive and pleasant, and kept things moving without delay or feeling rushed. I had a seafood entree... More

This was one of my best Italian eating experiences. The food was just great and the service was superb. Just as a side note of how special this restaurant is, having never been there before, my wife and I were headed towards the back door, the manager saw us through the window and unlocked the door so we would not... I got the groupon for Dolce and was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and the prices were high but the quality of the food matched what they charged! I had the garlic and lemon chicken and it was phenomenal! I would recommend this to anyone for a special occasion or intimate date night!

Great all-around experience. We ate on the outdoor veranda. Excellent service. Shared appetizer (bruschetta), entrees (Rotolini and Mugniania), wine, dessert, and coffee were all top notch. Entrees were particularly impressive, with high quality, fresh ingredients, and nice presentation. Highly recommended.

we had the funghi appetizer, it was actually very good. unfortunately this was the high point of our entire meal. the ceaser salad was nothing more than what you would get at the ci cis buffet, my wife had the gnocchi with Bolognese sauce. she did not enjoy it whatsoever. I had the the spaghetti Bolognese and it looked like... More

We visited Dolce with friends and had a great dining experience. The food was excellent as was the service. We dined inside but they also have seating. We all had different entrees and everyone was delighted with their selection. I had the Zuppa di Mare and it was delicious rich, hearty, just the right amount of spice. This place is... More

This place gives the feeling of walking in off the street in Italy. You hear "mama" yelling in the kitchen and then come out smiling and welcoming you. The place is small and seating is tight but have never had a problem Food is out of this world. and for the price its well worth it. Great flavors and if... More
