I'm still a customer of Edible Art and it's still the best in Charlotte. Their cakes are very dense but that's a real pound cake. They're not light and fluffy by any means. You can get a fluffy cake at the grocery store...frozen,yuck! Their customer service is always great and I really think everyone should give it a try. YUM! more
