I've been going to Hotel Charlotte since I first moved back from College in 1995. All 6 diners tried different entrees and all 6 had issues. The Prime Rib was 1/3 fat, Shrimp was soggy, Fish was over seasoned and over cooked, Creole was very bland, Filet was tiny and crab cake was mostly lemon zest.
