Lang Van has good vietnamese food. Its on the wrong side of the track per say, so if you are from out of town, you might not go after dark. The waiting area in the restaraunt is uncomfortably small and crowded. The tables are small and crowded. The food is good, but not a place that impresses out of towners.... more
After spending the early afternoon at the Charlotte Museum of History, my husband and I found Lang Van nearby. (We ran into another group that just finished the museum there as well. We live 10 minutes from Lang Van and don't eat there nearly as much as i'd like. ALWAYS receive friendly service - we are not by any means "regulars", but they always remember us and if we haven't been in for awhile they give us hugs and ask where we've been. Overrated and everytime I go, they give me bad service and the portions are small. Do not go to their bathroom! Bad parking. more
