Excellent meal here. The brunch buffet features a nice mix of foods, for both breakfast and lunch. It was satisfying and fun to be there. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was just what was needed. Great spread of breakfast foods along with some lunch staples to settle a stomach after a late night. Everything from the eggs and sausage to lasagna were great. The restaurant overall has a great culture of its own, close to downtown and the airport.

Driving in from Asheville on way to the airport and in need of a quick lunch. Found this place by accident when another recommended place (Luna's Living Kitchen) was closed. Sunday lunch at Pike's and the place wasn't even full. I don't understand. My wife tried the breakfast buffet, and I had the lunch buffet. Both were great, even if... More

A friend took me here because she knows how much I like truly unique and outstanding restaurants..I was more than impressed! I finally decided on the turkey and stuffing with mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce. Why this menu choice when there are so many more that are more unique to Pike's? Because that is my favorite meal at Thanksgiving... More

Pike's is good no matter when you go. It's old school and it has a great southern personality to it. It is affordable with DELICIOUS options. The Sunday brunch is great, and so is their southern fried pecan chicken. The handmade milkshakes and drinks are obviously great. A definite recommended place.

Walking through the doors of Pike's Soda Shop is like a step back in time. Across from the hostess stand is a cabinet with a few of the oldest Hamilton Beach shake mixers you've probably ever seen. Lots of period equipment is used in the decor. The staff was friendly and even with the noon-time rush, we were seated pretty... More

I went into this shop expecting a lousy hot dog and yummy root beer float or something. I left having enjoyed honey pecan fried chicken, broccoli cheddar casserole, orangeade, and pie! The food was great but the service was slow. The atmosphere was an eclectic old style soda shop down to every detail. The next time you are in the... More

We were at Pike's as part of a large group, and managed to get quick, friendly and personalized service despite how difficult that is to find under the circumstances. The Sunday brunch was amazing, with everything from biscuits and gravy to blueberry French toast (to DIE for) to casseroles & roast beef with all the trimmings. Every bite was phenomenal... More

When I heard my group was eating here, I thought "what? A soda shop?" However, the menu is awesome! I had the steak salad, with ribeye steak, fresh greens, vinaigrette. It was incredible! Others in my group had the honey pecan chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole. OMG! It too was delicious! Will definitely be on my list of... More

Recently enjoyed a Sunday brunch at Pikes. The selection of the brunch buffet was plentiful & kept fresh during our visit. Always pleasant staff.
