Loved the Lasagna

Normally get the pecan chicken, ordered something new...the lasagna. It was really good. So much I took half of it home and enjoyed it the next day for lunch! Love Pikes, fun place to eat. Great service, even with our large group

While having lunch with a friend. We saw a roach crawling on the wall. When brought this to the waitress attention her respond was due to the weather being nice they came out. We paid for our meal and asked for A Manager. Who never came to address our complaint. Rather disturbed Management fail to acknowledge our complaint.

We saw this place in the AAA guide as we were passing through on our way south and it looked unique so we stopped. It was well worth coming off the interstate for. I had the tuna melt which is a safe choice for me, but when I bit into it the taste was delightfully unexpected. It didn't rely on... More

I was at Pikes today for Sunday Brunch and it was spectacular. There is a large variety of food of American style food. From the usual scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, biscuits and gravy. My favorite, eggs Benedicts. The have a very juicy roast beef carved in front of you and a broccoli casserole. I would give it five stars,... More

Came for the dessert and left smiling! A real egg cream ( vanilla, natch) and a scoop of cherry vanilla. Ice local NC and definitely made with care.

My son lives in Charlotte and chose this special place to take me for breakfast. It was all delicious, and such a wide variety of choices. I had the Waldorf salad, fresh fruit, grits with gravy, butterscotch scone, banana nut muffin, biscuit with gravy, bacon & sausage. It was so good, every thing was great, and still warm! That is... Alright, I've heard a lot of mixed things about Pike's in the past, but I've never had a bad experience, and I'd say that's due in large part to the fact that I always order the Honey Pecan Fried Chicken. It's simply awesome. I wouldn't stray away from that. The mac and Cheese and sweet potato casserole were also very... More

Just GO, we were there for the brunch on a Sunday...could not have been better. Food was delicious. You can order from menu OR do the buffet. We did the buffet and the selections were endless..... The service is fabulous! Even though they were busy, (and this was a cold rainy Sunday) the wait staff was kind and very knowable... More

I recently went for Sunday brunch with husband, son and his girlfriend who is a vegetarian. They have a extensive buffet with a breakfast section and separate lunch section. There's a lot of choices and we all loved our food - would particularly recommend the grits, eggs benedict, and veggie casserole, and red velvet cake (they have nice small size... More

Our group of seven lady travelers chose to visit Charlotte this summer so I followed the advice of other reviewers and we headed for Pike's on Sunday in early August. Though there was good bunch gathered at that time of day, the restaurant did not feel crowded and parking was plentiful. The spacious indoor dining area was nice and cool, but... More
