I have eaten at several Cheesecake Factories and have normally had excellent customer service. However, my husband and I waited 10 minutes before a waitress came over. She wasn't even our waitress, but she'd seen us sitting there for a while. She took our orders quickly while apologizing profusely, which I appreciated. While I don't frequent chain restaurants while traveling much, I do make exceptions, and The Cheesecake Factory is one of those exceptions. While the restaurant can be quite noisy...not a good place to do business...the selection of entrees cannot be beat. My Husband and I went here on my birthday for the first time, and we will be back! The food was great, service was prompt, and atmosphere was top notch. Can't wait to try it again, their menu is very extensive, and I had a hard time making up my mind! =) more

I keep trying to like this place. But, having gone on 5 different occasions, I'm throwing in the towel. The service is consistently pitiful. The food is not well prepared. Don't bother. There are too many good places to eat in Charlotte. more

I have always loved the Cheesecake Factory chain. There are some who say the food is just so-so but I think it's fantastic. They have a HUGE menu with lots of variety. You can order anything from a grilled cheese sandwich to a pizza to a salad to a steak, they have it all! Whatever you're in the mood for.... more

My wife and kids love the Cheesecake Factory. I on the other hand hated the chain based on my visits to there locations in Brandon, FL and Atlanta, Ga (Buckhead). The Cheesecake Factory has quality control down to a science. They are excellent every single time, wherever you are. The menu options are endless, but whatever you order there will be enough left over for tomorrow and it will be savory and delicious! The cheesecakes are excellent as well, but the food really steals the show for me. more
