Great beer selection, Good Sandwiches

The restaurant is centrally located near the convention center and the epicenter. They have a great beer selection and the brisket sandwich is delicious. Very friendly host staff.

I had lunch here today with several of my colleagues. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, the food was good, etcetera. The only downside I had was that they put a tomato on my sandwich after I specifically asked them not to. They have lunch specials and the food quality is actually very good. This is become one... Carolina Ale House has very poor recipe for nachos. The cheese is a spicy, watery process orange substance. The chips are dry, bland and taste like cardboard. This has happened twice to me, at Charlotte NC and Raleigh NC. If you have any standards for good nachos, don't frustrate yourself by ordering nachos at Carolina Ale House. Their drinks are... More

Let me say the service was great. Our waitress was attentive and very polite. Food is another story. Ordered bacon cheese fries. Cheese was not melted at all and fries were not even warm. Had pulled pork and wing platter. Pulled pork was missing. It was just hard bark and fat smothered in bbq sauce. Cole slaw was completely dry.... More

The environment in the House was vibrant, with large screens that share what's going on everywhere in the world of sports! I had the buffalo boneless wings and the house burger which were delicious! There were billiards tables and probably more but we were eating before a flight out of town. Was definitely worth putting on the map as a... More

Had a night cap here and some late night munchies (nachos) and had a pleasant experience, although the service at the bar seemed a bit slow. I've never seen so many beer choices and they have really good tv viewing. I would not go out of my way but this is a good beer and wings choice.

Was walking around looking for a place to eat on my first night in town on a business trip. Only openings for seating was at the bar. I was acknowledged very quick and the bartender recommended a very good local brew, Old Mecklenburg. There is a huge selection of beers, I was kind of lost so appreciated the help. I... More

Wow!!!! That's a lot of beer!!! More than 50 selections on tap and lots of bottled beers available. The wait staff was adequate....the bar food was sufficient. A great place to pass time with your friends.

Visited for a few drinks. Great selection of NC and US craft beers in all varieties. Inside had many TVs playing sports. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost of the pints. Sat outside on the big patio, which made for great people watching.

Fantastic bbq with exceptional staff! This was our go to eatery while in Charlotte on business. The prices were pretty good considering the amount of food you received. They have a full service bar and they are quick with food and drinks! It was busy every time we stopped in but they a large outdoor seating area as well as... More
